That reporter or anchor should get an award for finding endlessly different ways to say the same thing over and over again. She managed to stretch out thirty seconds worth of information into more than four minutes.
Suspect a PhD student in Criminology. Reminds me of Ted Bundy and his academic endeavors and looks. You just wouldn't think. I've been following this case from day one and my heart broke for these kids and their families. When I saw the police smile a bit more earlier this week and arrange cleaning of the house scheduled for today, I was hopeful they had someone and were ready to move in. Thank you so much to all LE who worked on this. Teach your kids to lock their doors.

Bryan Christopher Kohberger, 28, was being held for extradition in a criminal homicide investigation based on an active arrest warrant for first degree murder issued by the Moscow Police Department and Latah County Prosecutor's Office.
Autopsies showed all four were likely asleep when they were attacked. Some had defensive wounds and each was stabbed multiple times. There was no sign of sexual assault, police said.
It is understood that Kohberger is a Ph.D college student at Washington State University.
According to the college website, Kohberger attended the college in Pullman - a 15-minute drive from where the students were killed.
He graduated from DeSales University in Pennsylvania in May 2022 with a master of arts in Criminal Justice.

A 28-year-old man, Bryan Kohberger, was arrested Friday morning in Pennsylvania's Pocono Mountains.

Proving that a College Student from Pennsylvania, murdered 4 students in Idaho is going to be quite a stretch, even given today's technology, but with all of the cyber stalking going on. I guess anything's possible but given the distances involved, where does one even start to look for the murder weapon, the killers, clothing, shoes or other conclusive evidence? ( given the fact that blood was running from the interior of the house, the killers clothing and shoes had to be soaked in it, but they would have been easily disposed of by fire, or chemical means.)

Excellent news! I suspect that the person probably cut himself during the course of the the stabbings so they likely have his dna( blood) at the crime scene, there’s no way to explain why you would be bleeding at the same time the victims were being killed so it would be a solid case.

Yes, Disaster Response has handled bio hazards for 20 years in Idaho. They specialize in crime scene cleanup but they are not going to put that on the side of their truck.
I hope they’ve got the right person and not someone just to bring an end to this mess because damn it’s odd that literally the day they arrest a suspect they sent in cleaning crews to the scene of the murders that seems odd to me because what happens if this isn’t the right person
They've already collected the evidence and made a digital layout reproduction of the entire house and crime scenes to refer back to, plus whatever information was collected from the victims. What else could they gain from leaving biohazards and chemicals at the scene?
