whatever happened to "innocent, until proven guilty"? You are already acting as his judge, jury and executioner before he's even given a day one of trial. the cops swore up and down that they couldn't share anything earlier, it had to be kept "secret", but today they're glad to let the cat out of the bag, announcing the "arrest of the true killer and rest assured this killer will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law because this case is now a DONE DEAL with the apprehension of the killer." And just how many people do we hear about who are sentenced to prison only to be released years later as new evidence discloses they are finally found innocent? Pre-judgment before the facts are brought out sounds more "lynch-mob mentality" rather than concern for real truth and justice. People saying, "You can see in his eyes that he's definitely the killer!" Yeah, right ....

I didn't say what his punishment should be in my opinion if he is guilty, so you're actually the one judging, Daniel. They must have pretty strong evidence if they kept it quiet and then finally have disclosed his arrest. I am all about the facts, but the fact is, they have no other suspects and we're in a pretty modern time where you can't dispute video evidence and DNA. So let's see.

Graduate work in criminology at a bumpkin school indicates suspect isn't particularly bright, but rather lazy, unfocused, and was "parking" himself at a university program because he was incapable of developing a career. They could then trace the car to a certain area through traffic cameras located throughout the city and beyond. Perhaps a profile then emerged through his social media posts or online activities. And then of course cell phone data and more Ring type video that may have been submitted. It would be interesting how much they needed before they needed a warrant for a search of his property, belongings, DNA, etc. Lots to breakdown.

I swear when men complain about anything with women it makes me nauseous. Considering the absolute horrors men commit against women, children and even other men, they have ZERO room to whine about women being picky or naggy or fkn anything. Women are angels compared to men. That's a FACT.
