The armorer's job to never have live rounds, the person responsible is already in prison. The Director who checked the gun and called it cold was aloud to plead to lesser charges no jail so why are they trying to Prosecute The Actor.

@@denisefrescas3764 Research exists that many types of pistols can fire when then gun gets cocked and it hits the firing pin. You have no proof he pulled the trigger.

I've never seen a Judge allow " may we approach" so frequently make her object and stop letting her run the court room.
The judge requested this instead of the lawyers yelling out their objections. They still have a few times but this is what the judge told them to do.
It is irrelevant if he was showing concern or not after the fact but if he caused the death intentionally, if not was incident caused by his actions, or lack of them. And he didn't have idea the real bullets were inserted. His responsibility on set is acting. The Armourer was found guilty of mixing the live bullets. Are they make a jugment on his character and try to defame him. What is this trial about?
this investigation turned into such a scam, even the RUclips lawyers don't want to discuss what happened. This trial makes ALL lawyers look bad.

I am shocked that the defence hasn't talked about this. What happened to Alex Baldwin were two things, live amo getting on the set, and the older gun literally went off half cocked. This exact thing is where the saying "Going off half cocked" comes from. The hammer of the gun is pulled back by the thumb until it latches on the trigger. If the hammer is not fully pulled back, it is not latched on the trigger. Should the hammer slid out from under the thumb before it has been latched to the trigger (Cocked), the hammer can impact the end of the bullet, causing it to go off. This is what "Going off half cocked" is referring to. Alex shouldn't be charged at all. This is a safety defect in older guns.

Part 2) Watching the admission of all of this disastrous state of mind transcript. What a BLUNDER by the defense in opening to mention anything regarding his state of mind KNOWING these transcripts exist! I would be FURIOUS with my defense counsel.
