I got a bad one too. Every magazine has light primer strikes. No matter the Ammo. I did do everything the manual states with the breaking time. First time out I had failure to fire due to light primer strikes and it continues. I have other pistols with comps. and the same ammo fires every round. It’s just something wrong and I don’t believe it’s limp wrist or the wrong ammo or the recoil spring. So I’ll need to return mine also.
Don't let anyone tell you differently. They are having problems with this design. Mine came back better but not fixed. But the good news is that some are sending theirs back, and they are coming back fixed. So I will pray for you that when you get yours back it will work. Thanks for supporting the channel!
I here they have striker issues as well. The part behind the firing pin is hitting something inside the firing pin housing at or before about 500 rounds. My LFA AMP, of course, is not the same firearm that had to be broken in had similar issues, but after the break-in period, no problems and a few tweaks put no your not the only one with issues. Wait, you have the bergandy one 😂
I can't prove this, but I believe the firing pin damage occurs when the gun is out of battery and the trigger is pulled. This is why Canik sends a card with the new recoil spring warning you to stop and not pull the trigger if it is out of battery.
I will be praying for you. From the comments I have been getting, some come back fixed. Unfortunately mine did not come back fixed. I will be praying for you
Yes it is a bummer for sure. But I want this gun to work. People have reached out and said you have about a 50/50 shot of it coming back fixed. Let's hope I am one that gets a fixed gun back.
New firearms sometimes need the kinks worked out. What infuriates me the most, is no one had apologized or have shown the slightest amount of empathy. You sold me a thousand dollar piece of junk, at least take some ownership of your actions amd apologize. Just saying
@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed Caniks are ultra-evolved Walther P99's, and other than having issues with 115 grain ammo on their 1st Gen pistols, they've been renowned for being almost Glock-like with reliability and ease of use (but with a much better trigger). They badly wanted a collab with a "big" name, and saw only that with this gun. They're the best of the Turk handgun manufacturers, but it sounds as if they're getting the arrogance of Sig...
I had very similar issues and it was easily fixed by changing the ammunition I used. I also got a message from Jacob and the only response I got was “that is strange” “here is how you send it in”. Sounded like a bunch of bs and I took the advice I got to change ammunition and it is smooth as could be.
I am so glad you got yours fixed. For me a 1k dollar gun should be able to use any target ammo. Or at least the info should say "only compatable with certain ammo" a 220 dollar Taurus G2 will run fine with any ammo a 1k dollar gun should be better than a Taurus. That is just my opinion.

Yeah, I have had a couple of lemmons. Let's hope that when it comes back from the factory, it works this time. Thanks for supporting the channel!

Just sent mine in today hoping it comes back as magical as all the major RUclipsrs guns run

Thank you!
Just a bummer to go thru as hopefully it will be fixed when it returns....Good stuff....

@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed 👍👍
i don't buy that the paint defect is shading. i just hope they get it working!
I am with you about the paint! Fingers crossed that they get the problems worked out. Such a cool gun when it is running!
Love Canik, but I think they flew too close to the sun with this one...

@@everydaycarrymonkey2691 I would agree with everything you said.
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringedit’s really not a new firearm though. Basically it’s a Rival with a comp.
@trishjms accept rivals don't have all the problems these TTI's are

what ammo did you switch to to get it working?
For some reason that weapon looks like a second. The branding on it looks cheesy.
The esthetics are not for everyone for sure! Thanks for leaving a comment and supporting the channel!
I don't care for FAKE empathy, actually feel offended by their lies. Just do your GD work, do it well and fix the GD toy.
