  • My Godox TT350F got stuck on to my Fujifilm X-T3 after a day of shooting. The reason was because the plastic mechanical piece that should have lifted the securing pin up when I losing the ring had broken off. After hrs of annoyance I found that there was a door/ open that aloud me to manually lift the pin with an external tool (my knife).
Directions to remove flash if you have the Godox TT350F stuck to the Fujifilm X-T3
    1. put flash into locked position by tightening the ring
    2. find the opening at the base of the flash above the hot shoe
    3. loosen flash just enough so it is no longer secure by friction
    4. find whatever tool that allows you to push either the plastic tab or if the tab is broken off a tool that allows you to push the metal pin up. ( I used a box cutter type knife)
Optional - I did this to help me -Turn camera upside down and angle flash to drop out by gravity. (Upside down and lens pointing above horizontal (up))
    5. Do whatever you can to retract that pin! Hope nothing is damaged.
If you have the camera like I did in the option step the flash might come flying out the back side if you have the ring loosen a good amount.
Hope that helps if you ran into this problem. 🤙✌️🧡
