I only have 400 miles on my GT4RS and can't wait to get the break in over so I can take it to the track and experience the wail at 9,000 rpm!!! There's another GT4RS owner near Clarksville... Excellent 4RS owner video! I love my 4RS! However, I disagree regarding the 6MT and the standard GT4 or Spyder platform. I find the 6MT on that particular platform to be much more engaging than the PDK. On track, I appreciate the longer gear ratios. Of note the GT3 has nearly the same gear ratios with you being over 80mph in 2nd gear. That said, you are correct-4RS with shortened gear ratios and PDK are absolutely sublime! I do not miss the manual in the 4RS one bit. Those downshifts…🤤!

Sports bucket seats are standard on the 4RS and I don't understand those who order them with the 18 way adjustable. PDK has the auto mode that shifts better than any race car driver so the paddles are not necessary and are there for those who wants to fool around with selecting gears to hear the engine rev to redline in lower gears on the street.
I have this car and this video is the closest representation of the interior sound I’ve heard on RUclips. Most of the videos on here don’t even come close to accurately capturing the sound. It’s insane.

@@Aiken47 no, not the RS - I don’t think there will be another Renn Sport Cayman to be honest. Looks like the new Cayman will be hybrid. I expect they will aim to apply similar technology as the new 911 GTS, and then transition to smaller and smaller engines with larger batteries in time. This is a detour from all EV, which was there plan but I hear they’re backing off that big time.
They will do a hybrid version next, and it will be incredible… but this 4.0 Cup flat-six engine is absolutely glorious. I just hope the audio (we tried our best to capture naturally) comes through. Sadly you will never hear the intake noises we were hearing!
NO. The cons outweigh the pros for me. It simply is not a 275k car for several reasons. Anyway you cut it, 500bhp? curb appeal at this price point? Not a great value proposition,even as a track car. Great car though, just not a quarter of a million dollars great.
Bought my new almost fully spec gt4rs in Sweden this summer for 190k. Cant understand the insane prices in US. Used GT4RS has now dropped to about 180k in Sweden.

@@Driven-Productions I have an allocation for 10K over so 202K, this car is very much so worth 200K-240K. Above that, not so much....
ADM should be illegal...its ridiculous!
