Yep the Gen 3 flop launched on it's 11th production year. People are just bored of it. Reality is way more depressing than witty humor.
Props to Thomas for starting the TH. It was a unique channel that was a little too focused on track day cars. James' addition made it more accessible and mainstream. Still remember Thomas' old autocross videos. That is one humble dude.
James is fucking hilarious man, lol.

Glad to see Thomas and James have finally got their TST Podcast debut!
They are THE guys. They are fun, entertaining and inspiring. They understand what cars are and should be about and they have made the daily car "I BOUGHT A TACHT" type channels look so ridiculous because they've shown there's space in RUclips for good, rewatchable content. I'm a top gear child, I don't care about drag times, power figures or trim packages and this men have brought the entertaining with cars back. If they do some sort of event, or car journey that would be the cherry on top.
I have been watching car content for years on youtube and these guys are probably one of my favourite creators period on this platform

EV's produce more carbon emissions in their construction than regular ICE cars do over several years.
@@RAZGR1Z but overtime an EV gets cleaner and as the grid gets cleaner it makes the EV cleaner. That's the reverse of an ICE car.
@@JJs_playground There is still the toxic lithium mining issue, which also affects not only the environment but also the production of other electronics in the world. There needs to be an alternative to that energy source too as well as one with better energy density if we’re truly going to be fully replacing petrol.
@@JJs_playground true. But that relies on people keeping cars long enough to break even (on emissions), and not chop them in for the next latest and greatest model
