I finally conquered and solved the resetting remote mystery. FINALLY! After thoroughly reading the comments, I realized I was entering the number the unit beeped at. Not realizing I didn't enter "One back"! LOL Thank you!

@@alexandersupertramp7191 Sorry for the delayed response! One back = the actual number you enter in the remote AFTER the unit beeps. Example: If the unit beeps at 125, you will enter 124.
@@Cattarina "One back" is the number that precedes the number the remote beeps on. Example: After it scans and beeps on number 247, enter 246. Hope this helps!

Oral Ace M. I must've accidentally pressed an automatic button on my everwell Universal remote because it is stuck running and on 26 degrees Celcius. I can't turn it off via remote. I tried turning it off, resetting by selecting a code automatically, and nothing works! I even tried calling customer service and my only option is to leave a voicemail. Can you help?
