How to Set Universal Remote Control Codes with Panasonic Air Conditioner | Chunghop K-1028E

In this video, I am going to show you how to set universal remote control codes with Panasonic Air Conditioner. With this Chunghop K-1028E. This process could be easy if you focus and following all my step.
First of all you need to make sure that you select the right code for your actual AC. Please see the attached catalog in the same package with your universal ac remote control. Than turn on your AC manually by your original remote control or in the button beside the cover of your AC indoor unit. Press set button about 3 seconds until it show the code number blinking. Than start searching your code one by one and point to your air conditioner. In this video we use this universal air conditioner remote controller with Panasonic air conditioner. So the code is from 660 to 689. So press up button one by one and point to your original air conditioner until the received sound peep is alert. After you hear the received sound just press set. Than keep everything maintain the same. Now your universal AC remote can work with your original remote. Both can be used together. Please test it by your self.

Worked for me on 694 code. It will give a beep sound. And, no need to turn on the aircon at all. Just the power switch need to be ON. Thanks for the guide anyway!

I know an easier way. With both your a/c and your universal remote on, push and hold the set button down on your remote until it starts searching by changing the 3 numbers on the bottom right corner of the screen of your remote. It'll start searching, and then when it gets to your a/c code number, you'll notice that the a/c either beeps or turns off. But, since it's still searching, you'll have to let go of the set button, and when you do that, it'll start going down cause you might have passed your code. When your a/c beeps again, push the set button again. It should be working fine by then.

it is between 660~689 (see in the attached catalog). You need to gathering one by one in between that number. When you hear the sound from your AC that mean the signal received. After signal received that mean you can remote your AC by this remote.

When you set timer operation. Timer light will only turn on. Not blinking.
Timer blinking. It mean the error code occur. Check your AC still working properly or not. If not contact your local serviceman. They know how to read the code.
You can't clear it by your remote.

Try to turn on your AC manually and remote your AC by turn up and down temperature button. If the AC still not receive signal that mean your remote is broken already.
Secondly let try to bring one new remote to test with your AC. If the new remote still can't remote that mean sth error inside your AC
