I hope you are keeping this vintage quad parked inside a garage or have it cover with a tarp this is in miraculous condition they don’t get better then this please keep it clean 😊
I love that quad so much. My grandpa taught me to ride on it until I learned to ride the 250r. You'd be surprised how well that things crawls around on the dunes.
That things clean, I’m liking the new land too it adds a lot to the videos seeing you get a proper ride with the bikes and quads. Aside from that keep up the videos man
Very clean 200sx those dirt hooks are not the original tires the 200sx came with a square knobby style rear tire that was a balloon type they pulled great in soft pack and mud but they wore quickly on blacktop but these little quads are Honda bulletproof I’ve owned 2 my first one was beat to death it would cover you with hot motor oil when you would pull start it lol and all the plastic was gone except the white tank cover lol and it smoked but it never died and I was 12yrs old and trust me I beat the poor thing every day for 3 years and the second one I got was nice it has a set of spider tracs on the rear and it was unstoppable I put a custom fmf pipe on it and it sounded so good for a small bore I traded it straight up for a 1987 trx250x that I still have now and will never part with the 250x sorry for the short story lol you should probably hang on to this one cause they are getting harder to come by in that hood of shape.
Ours is a 86. Was sitting in a barn for 15 yrs. Had put a new aftermarket carb, on it and she fired right up. Few other new parts and she is running around again. Original paint, plastics, rack, beautiful tearless blue seat. beautiful!!! I have video of it on my TikTok page
Ijust bought 2 to try and meke a good one. Everything in the south gets mistreated or destroyed. So im restoring my 86. But. Man that ond looks sooo good!! Great job
To the lady behind the camera.... I am going to get one of these for my gf. I doubt that I'll be able to find one as clean as that one though. I used to ride on of those for years when I was in my early teens. Fantastic machines!
That is one clean SX an probably worth a bit. I have one down here in NZ an parts are impossible to come by i was just lucky enough to get an Original frame then found part of the plastics from a chopped up one my only problem is the front brakes don't work an require new steel inserts (which is an expensive job an a skill i don't have) If i actually knew how rare they were when i got it, i may not have run it on mostly methanol which upped the power but gears weren't to happy (interestingly there was a motor with reverse and one without which think one was an earlier build considering they started in 84 if i remember correctly) Cool video :)

Don't throw your old carb away...getting really hard to find and they rebuild very easily

Cool video :)
I just bought one a couple of weeks ago
I have an 87 and man finding those rear racks has been a pain. Do you have a connection on finding those?
I’m picking up one on Monday and has a rear rack with it. I don’t think it’s on there now
I guess the reverse light is a common issue
The original tires are Ohtsu. They don't make them Anymore..
Does it have a clutch?
They were good buggies.
I see a lot on 86 but not 85 are they basically the same I’m just trying find sum info on my bike
They didn’t make a 209sx. In 85.
If you wanted to sell it how much would you sell it for?
I just bought a simular one for 1800
Sounds like my wife
Are you willing to part with it I have one also I gave mine to my son his birthday I would love for us to have matching quads
You still looking for one?
Connection unplugged it’d not bulb
You said pa , where at
Is it 4wd?
No
Never trust someone that tucks their ears in their hat
None of them tires are original
