      Fruits are healthy and nutritious but they don’t necessarily help with weight loss. It also depends on person to person

    Tips lack the most important which if not followed none of the 5tips help in weight loss. You spoke about what to eat in breakfast, lunch, and dinner but you did not mention how much to eat. The only reason for weight gain is eating in surplus. Unless you eat in calories deficit, body will not lose fat.

      Intuitive eating works the best in long term weight loss. As long as you watch what you’re eating, the portions come down very naturally
