Ran my first marathon today, 7:38 pace - 3:20 overall. Sort of stopped lifting during the prep and interestingly i feel like while i weight less, i have more fat on my abs/hips. Not a big deal, just thought it was interesting/was wondering if others had the same?
Lots of its nutrition related but definitely not uncommon! Congrats tho! We raced the same pace! Epic time! Hype to hear what’s next!
@@nathanfrenchy oh wow that’s funny, same w u man. Ya haha def gonna do my next build alongside lifting instead of focusing solely on running. I’m also in college right now and the workload is pretty intense so that’s an added roadblock but I make it work. Speaking of which I wonder if you might consider making a video about how to balance school/work with lifting. Specifically the school aspect because I feel like a lot of RUclips videos talk about work/training balance but not for ppl living on a campus. Not sure if you’ve had experience w that in the past but just thought I’d put it out there.
