I ate everything but strictly before 6pm. I open my fast with chia seed water and soaked nuts. Di please try fasting for 16 hours just for a week for us pleaseeeeeeee

Hellooo! Yesss! I know🫶🏻 that’s why I mentioned that I do have walnuts with my morning drink but I have 2 walnuts max and they have less than 60-65 calories which is still fine to have in the fasting window! As I have read somewhere that having something which is less than 100 calories is still ok to have during fasting window! But today (on day-5) i had only morning drink and skipped walnuts🙈 so from now i will add walnut during evening♥️

Bhai ajkal naa mujhe itne ajib/ darawne sapne aa rahe hai. I can relate so much. Pichle 2 hafte se to lagatar aa rahe hain. Ye kaunsa retrograde chal raha hai yar.
I read it in an article, that poha has carbs but it also has protein and when made with peanuts or paneer, it’s protein’s quotient is increased But I’ll again check it on google to confirm it once♥️♥️
