I’m aware that this is only the base version 458 Italia in Spider form, but the 458 Speciale Aperta is my favourite Ferrari and the ageless N/A mid-engined 458-SA is my tied-favourite car. Check out exactly how much more aesthetically appealing the timeless 458’s proportions of bulk, shape of design, sexy stance and road presence are @ 2:36 when directly compared with those of the disproportionately frontally elongated SLS , which is polarising due to it’s decidedly retro design. Edit : The N/A rear-engined 992 GT3 is my equi-favourite car in concert with the 458-SA.
@@studentstudent5044 ? Design is gone. So is their integrity. Wich u know nothing of it seems. Know much car history? They are improved and betyer, yes. But ‘only’ in numbers.
Don't take what most this show is about as serious, the BBC always emphasised that this was an entertainment show. In other words, it's just to create drama and spark debate amongst the hosts. His attitude to Ferrari's F1 team probably doesn't help either lmao
Jeremy Clarkson is now a Red Bull Honda fan that means Ford, Lamborghini, Honda, McLaren > Ferarri. He still loves Ferarri but is critical and vocal because he grew up in a generation where Ferarri was truly great and was not pathetic. Ferarri was known for winning races and fighting for championships back in 2001 but for the past 15 years the new f1 team’s crowning achievement is ruining Sebastian Vettel’s ferarri career and making a v8 as good as a v10
This is peak James and Jeremy:
James: "...it has more tactile meaning, know what I mean?"
Jeremy: "Stop talking, I want to listen to the noise..." 😆
_"Right, neatly through the chicaine......BEANS!"_ hahaha gotta love James.
Love it when James occasionally gets Jeremy’s goat!
James may laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This my favorite Supercar 👍👍
What episode was this from?
Worst car ever DVD
When ‘Mercedes’ actually meant something..
What do you mean? They are just improving Every year and now they are better than ever.

@@SpiritJellyfish1 Huh? I know history quite well. And they’re cars are great today.
@@studentstudent5044 Only in 0-60, emissions, fuel economy and horse power and lap times. But that’s the only thing that’s better.

Ahhh, 2020(ish) times - and these 2 in _this_ Perfection on wheels.

@@khongorsarankhuu3261 No lol, I was referring to this being posted so recently and just being reminded of these 2 these days, that's all. 👍
Ferrari 458 > Mercedes SLS
Both cars are legends
I would always choose the Ferrari, because it’s just better 🥰🐎❤️🇮🇹
Just two grown up toddlers in their expensive toy
You can daily drive an AMG.
(( L E G E N D )) ✨🏅🏅🐐
I still don’t understand how Clarkson went from being a Ferrari loving nut, to extremely stubborn and critical towards Ferraris

He did own both the SLS and 458 spider at one time
Ferrari is very elitist and condescending, some are vehemently opposed to that.
