Got it on sale and played three hours yesterday. I was impressed and it was a joyto play. The story kicks off shortly after Star Wars episode 3 and they really capture the Star Wars feel and aesthetic. The visuals are stunning and I have found myself just admiring the vistas.
I picked it up a few weeks ago and played through it 3 times already, really enjoy it. I wish they had more Empire enemies and less creatures and more troops to enemies after you complete it. The maps are pretty baren when you roam around afterwards. Looking forward to Survivor.
Yup. Towards the end of the game you fight "zombies" and creatures, which I also found tiresome. Fortunately, the final act goes back to fighting the Empire.
My only real gripes with this game are that the traversal could be more smooth/fluid feeling (although it's not bad, it just could be better), and that the level design can sometimes just be ATROCIOUS. I understand they were going for kind of a Souls/Metroidvania feel with shortcuts, backtracking, etc, but many of the level layouts are so confusing with so many twists and turns, dead ends, hidden areas, places you need to come back to with upgrades...I feel like I was constantly having a hard time figuring out just how to get to my next objective, even when frequently checking the map
Yeah, the map did the best it could, but when backtracking for secrets and 100%, it revealed the need for fast travel and/or a waypoint system. That said, I think our gripes only effect completionists.
Those sound like positives honestly. The game forces you to explore around and find secrets and shortcuts, then makes those locations still relevant in the end game by having secrets that can only be unlocked after a certain amount of progression. It can be a bit tedious, but it's immersive and doesn't hold your hand
Make no mistake; this game is an action puzzle. You travel to different planets battling the forces of evil. Some parts of JFO will trip you out but it's try not to get lost and draw on experience.
Many reviewers have compared Jedi Fallen Order to Dark Souls meets Uncharted, but I hadn't thought about it being similar to Metroid(vanias). I love your take.

I am not a big star wars fan, I don't watch the new shows, I like the movies well enough but had not played a Star Wars game since literally N64. I downloaded this when it came on PS+ for free, just started playing about a month ago. I absolutely love this game, so much fun. The puzzles do get a bit tricky sometimes for a novice gamer like me but there is lots of great walk-throughs on youtube that will show you how to solve any puzzle that is giving you fits. Overall though, the visuals, the story line, cut scenes, action adventure, fighting with lightsabers, becoming a better Jedi as you progress, this game is really really a blast to play. So if your like me and downloaded from PS+ free monthlys, but have not fired it up yet, give it a go. You will not be disappointed.
When this game came out, I was so sour on EA's Star Wars games and the franchise as a whole under Disney's reign, I refused to pick it up. I'm glad to say I was a fucking idiot, and I wish I had played it years ago. A friend gifted it to me a week ago, and I've 100 percented the game. I do not 100% games unless I truly love them. While I think the story and characters could've definitely been stronger, the gameplay is more addictive than crack and the skill progression is incredibly satisfying. I'm really looking forward to survivor and I can't wait.
Honestly, I thought the writing was one of the better parts of the story. Cal is a potential top 10 candidate for Star Wars characters for me easily. Also, this is by far the best writing to come out of this era after Siege of Mandalor (haven’t finished Survivor yet).
I love Star Wars but i was busy so i didn't try this out on release however this year i've bought both and wanted to enjoy them on my well deserved vacation. I didn't touch the second one yet but i'm already disappointed with the first one. This is surely not something i was expecting combat wise. It follows really simple past gen formula to the bare bones. Enemy attacks aren't interruptible by using lightsaber only with the Force. It's especially critical in the final boss fight which takes all the fun of lightsaber combat and turns it into yet another Demon's/Dark Souls, wait and roll/parry -> attack. For those games it was good but I wanted more fluidity from the Jedi game. Going from one attack to another, changing styles on the fly and all of that without disconnecting from the encounter. The Force is so limited and they take out even more fun by making sword moves consume it. This leaves you with the very basic combat most of the time with absolutely no variety. Well in the end game after you've upgraded the amount of the Force you could see some, but most of the game will be bare bones hack n wait n slash with very little to no variety. Because if you try do something fancy you will be punished, so you attack few times then either go to block/parry/roll, rinse and repeat until the end of the game. I hate its platforming. It's even more punishing than the combat. Sometimes you can see some space you could probably jump and proceed with exploration but nope. Sometimes you jump from insane distance and stay alive, other times, nope. Inconsistency because of bad communication with the player. There is a skill that allows you to automatically deflect blaster fire while running but i can't remember a single instance when it was useful as all of the time i've died when platforming around was due platforming itself. I dislike the idea of roaming around the planets. Who the hell thought this was a good idea? It's not impossible but navigating those places with the map is a hard thing to do. But the biggest problem of them all, backtracking. Holy sh*t, you need to go back to the ship after you reached your goal. There're shortcuts but depending on the map i can barely remember where're those since not all of the shortcuts are doors that you can see on the map, some are just ropes. And since it's Souls inspired all of the enemies are back. And they stay the same way, meaning they face you with their backs exposed when you go back to your ship. They also stay on the exact same places. Once in a while there're variations based on plot but 90% it's very sad picture. They could've at least place some animals there instead of troopers. It completely breaks all of the immersion. Souls like was bad idea for semi technological world where it's magic aka the Force doesn't allow for such tricks. Animation is terrible. Maybe i'm spoiled by Sony games but Crystal Dynamics also had better animations. It should improve more than the graphics technologies imo. In the heat of the battle you don't see troubles but running and jumping around you can see how god awful it is. Even though i've picked up this game in 2024 there're still strange bugs mostly on Dathomir. Some foes were just standing and doing nothing until i approached them but the then when i went to them from different angle as i was searchign where to go they re appeared and started to act accordingly, some where fighting against others and i joined in and slayed them the second time. Some foes were floating on the air, i myself somehow started to swim in the ground. Other planets were much more polished. Overall i'd say it's a 7/10 at max and 6/10 at min. I somewhat enjoyed 1 playthrough but i won't do second. This isn't Star Wars game i was hoping for, i hope the second one is better.
Yes, bought it for £3.49 in July 2024, crashed once in 40 so hours of playing. Had a bit of screen tearing using the nvidia 3070 RTX mobile. Wasn't too bad though. Would defo recommend!
One of the best soulslike games not made by Fromsoft. Im not even a star wars fan but i loved this games characters and story and it even got me interested in star wars as a whole after i finished it
It is a great game. Got it in used for almost nothing and had so much fun I bought Survivor right after. They packed a lot of stuff in this one. Zelda like temple with puzzles. Fun platforming. Good time based combat similar to a light fromsoftware version. The story is ok. The environment and sounds are good too.
Playing it for the first time right now on the Series X and with the X/S enhanced version and I'm only about 35 minutes in, but I'm enjoying it so far.
I never played this game when it released, but finished it today after playing it for 2 weeks. It improves on everything that jedi survivor had. I'm only going to say this, the game was amazing! Truly amazing and miles better than the first one
For non Nintendo games, I guess. However, this is far from a mediocre game but not perfect with 100% completion being the biggest offender because of no fast travel!!!! On the flip side, this is by far the best Star Wars Disney era story after the Siege of Mandalor arc (from what I’ve seen. I’ve yet to finish Survivor).
Since I just bought this game and THEN found thrips review I am so happy to hear and read everyone, more or less, saying it’s a good game! I do love a good open world game so I’m a bit sad to hear this game doesn’t work so well on this. That plus the fact there’s no fast travel... backtracking can get really boring!!
I've had my eye on this for a bit. Got a PS5 for Christmas and CGR drops a should you buy about it on the day it comes to PS plus. I think the universe is telling me to play Fallen Order lol
Just bought the game. Killing storm troopers is fun but that is all. I’m tired of climbing and running on the same walls. I’m tired of all the convenient things you can force stop or pull or push or whatever and conveniently progress. Im tired of lame for abilities. Im tired of swinging a light saber and it costs force points. Im tired of wearin re skinned ponchos. Im tired of playing a $100 million dollar story about bringing back the Jedi order but know how it ends
i would have warned you beforehand but most of the deluxe content is free after the 2020 may the 4th update, but you still get the “ making of fallen order “ clips so at least its not for nothing
thanks for the lore, was looking for a good video , i am suprised i never played it , but figured i’d start yesterday since i’ll be getting survivor in a few days … and i’m lovin it! i am already geeking to play survivor knowing it’s gonna be GREAT.
Just got it on premium, at no cost.. I know nothing about star wars, holy hell it's fun. It feels like a true PS5 experience. Looks and feels incredible so far.
Replaying in 2024 and it still holds up nicely its a fun really good game. Looking forward to playing jedi survivor wen I upgrade to a ps5 will be hopefully my first game
Started this game as soon as I finished God of War Ragnarok. I know that they are different game, but the Jedi fight mechanisms and gameplay structure overall feel awful in comparison with God of War. I really loved the graphics and environments but unfortunately I left the game after 10 hours of gameplay, it felt too slow and repetitive.
I just got tye game on Steam during the winter sake. I was never a Star Wars fan but heard good things about the game so decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was right of the bat and I got drawn into it. The excitement lasted maybe 30 minutes and then all of the freaking puzzles started. I haaaate games with puzzles and don't care to spend half an hour in one level trying to figure out what the hell to do to progress. Deleted and won't touch it again. Same with Tomb Raider games. Puzzles are so 90s. 8f this was a pure story/ action game it would have been more enjoyable for me. But as it is this game isn't for me.
That’s very fair Puzzles aren’t for everyone but I did enjoy that aspect myself, helped pace the game a little better for me but I totally get not enjoying those parts
You would probably love Star Wars The Force Unleashed 1 & 2 then, they still have great graphics in modern times. They are like Jedi fallen order, but without the puzzles and start out as a sith (evil) who is Darth Vaders apprentice - you even get to play as Darth Vader too, and it has tons and tons of costumes(even crazy stuff like robots and movie Jedi characters and a force ghost), and tons of lightsaber crystals and colors to choose from(even multiple types of the same color, like regular red, unstable red, and compressed red which added a really cool effect). All the crystals and and costumes are very easy to find, they are a glowing box that is usually out in the open, you don't have to go swinging and climbing and all that to find the, no mazes or puzzles here. It also has a really great and very interesting story. And If your willing to look over a lot older graphics then Star Wars Knights of the old Republic 1 & 2 are amazing and even better in so many ways. Especially if you *_LOVE_* good story with multiple endings where you can create any character you want, good or evil or in-between. Then you should check out Star Wars the Knight's of the Old Republic 1 & 2. These games set the standard for basically every RPG game that came after it. They even have the games on Nintendo switch and the 1st game on mobile(although PC is the best option for graphic mods and the restored content mod). These 2 games have endless amounts of content and replayibility. So many different characters and paths you can take. Which is why these games are still played today. I'd recommend playing Star Wars the Force Unleashed 1 & 2 first though. You will not regret it at all.
The force unleashed also has a very awesome force system, so so many force abilities to choose from, and they are extremely powerful too. That is probably the only thing people complain about these games, it is just "too easy" your character and his force abilities are quite overpowered especially in the ending of the game, unless you raise the game difficulty then it actually gets really really hard until you figure out the best force abilities and max those out and unlock them. But it takes a strategy to be overpowered on the maximum difficulty. The overpowered character makes sense though, since your character is a evil sith lord who was trained by Darth Vader himself since he was a little child, so it makes sense he is so powerful, and the straight forward movie like story makes it so fun even if it is easy at times, it also just feels awesome to be a super powerful sith lord picking up storm troopers and rebels then throwing them around wherever you want and choking them out and shocking them with lighting. Or picking up a soldier and throwing your lightsaber at them while you hold them in the air. The force system in these games are awesome, you basically can pick up everything and have total freedom with it. Which makes it fun and replayable.
I just downloaded this game on pc, was kinda slow at the start but I liked it as it picks up later, also after getting this when I finish it I think I’ll be getting the next one as I enjoy it enough to carry on playing it
After scouring through PS Plus for a new game to play through, I decided to try it out. I played up to the Oggdo Bogdo boss fight incase anybody cares but it felt like the combat was unresponsive, with the parry mainly being my problem. I recorded some footage of me in the boss battle and from what I can tell, my main problem was the the parry wouldn’t always work and I would die within a minute or two of the boss battle at most. I’ve also played a couple hours in other various Dark Souls games over the past couple of years and the combat was obviously challenging but I could tell it was my timing rather that the game, even if I was completely crap at them. There are forums online that discuss this but most reviews I’ve seen say something opposite. I know people will mock me but is this a problem with the game or just me being inexperienced. I will probably just watch a play-through rather than playing it if the game is this ‘buggy’ throughout.
Honestly I neverrr play video games but my brother got fallen order so I decided to try it. Ik it was very buggy and could of been cleaner but I finished the whole video game historically fast. Don’t knock it till you try it because the more you play I felt the better it got.
After (finally) playing this. I genuinely think it’s not worth playing it at all regardless of the year ☹️ Hopefully you will do a video on Hogwarts Legacy next month though 🤔
@@JacksGameReviews I started playing it yesterday after it was released for free on PS plus, I really enjoyed the Force Awakens game and thought it would be more similar to that but this is definitely an action puzzle as someone mentioned before. @@JacksGameReviews Not bad. I've delayed the award show multiple times, because of corrupting and rendering issues, but i finally got it all sorted out so i think i can get it out ny saturdya. glad you are doing well too, all luck for 2023!!
I have played it and most of all i did someway had fun but seem the game is more in favor for Nvidia then AMD. I had some major bugs here and there and graphic just at times take a shit on me, even restarting the game. The update just to me made the graphics and game bit worse as i mentioned. It is good for both old fans, new fans, souls like, soulsborn fans, and others alike but...i have run into some game bugs on my livestreams which was pain. I can say for me i would go for 7.5/10 since my system on PC is AMD. Even tried it on PS5 and still had some bit bugs there.
I originally tried to play this on a ps4 pro. It ran horribly and i disliked the game. Got it on sale for my new pc, and i loved it. Once i figured out how to minimize the games stuttering issue it ran fantastic at 4k.
I downloaded it via ps+ but when i wanted to leave the planet after the vault mission it kept loading for ever and ever so yeah guess i wont get further than the first hour
No. The game has a few positive points such as combat, force powers and lightsaber customization but beyond that it leaves a lot to be desired. The main character is a complete dud and the crew you're around most of the game provides nothing but whiny and cringe dialogue. You spend more time trying to figure out the navigation of the ass backward overly complicated level designs than you do actually enjoying the game. The storyline is extremely weak with more focus on having woke "strong" female villains who are an absolute joke and not the least bit menacing at any point. Fallen Order like all Star Wars games by EA looks beautiful but lacks any kind of depth or variety. Anyone in this comment section could have created a more compelling narrative and characters. Kyle is weak little beta who is the most unbelievable force wielder you could ever imagine. Probably the worst protagonist of any Star Wars title, game or otherwise.
The story of the game is about the character development of the main characters by confronting their past and changing their perspective on things, such as greez’s attitude towards friends and shows him slowly changing and caring about the main characters. As for level navigation i can partially agree on the fact that it is pretty difficult to get the hang of and would probably be better with a fast travel design, but we only have two forms of complex level design which are both the poorly built Zeffo temples, but i struggle to see why you make it seem like the levels are so difficult to navigate through that it takes away the enjoyment of the game. As for your sexist statement about the female antagonists, the game is not centered around the female protagonists, but use an ex-padawan to build a feeling of sincerity about her and leads to her brief ‘ team change’ before dieing at the end. The only other female antagonist is the ninth sister, who is barely mentioned after the beginning until Kashykk, where you defeat her to show the player how far you’ve come after being dropped 70ft into a moving train by her. I believe that there are actually more male antagonists than girls, which are as follows: The Haxion Brood’s leader, Taron Malicos, and Darth Vader. Again, the story of the game provides a compelling narrative and CAL (not Kyle) is most definitely not the “ Worst protagonist of any Star Wars title, game, or otherwise” due to his character development of confronting his past, especially during the order 66 scene.
Honestly if it more linear i would be happy, I just wanna hack and slash with a light saber, i hate backtracking. If it was story driven like Marvel Guardian of the Galaxy, i would love it. Since that game is basically...haha jokes...shoot a bunch of stuff...next level.
@@JacksGameReviews oh shit almost forgot about that game, would love a next gen version of that. But just got me a new Xbox series X and Gamepass, gonna hit up the new Plague Tale first.

Hate the creatures and i hate the map design when trying to get back to dumb ass ship, can't wait for fast travel. Overall though, it's a beautiful game and i enjoyed it.
played it and found it awful, 4/10 completely inconsistent all around, and inappropriately marketed as an action game rather than what it is…a puzzle game. Even the puzzle solutions themselves are clearly from the perspective of the devs, disregarding player experience. I realize those who play the game on a difficulty less than “Jedi Knight” don’t realize how janky the combat is, rendering the game pointless. Force Unleashed puts this game to shame and is far more entertaining and fun for any audience. Having such a large span of time pass between the games clearly has fans in bias, accepting whatever the franchise comes out with as “amazing” when its truly an awful excuse for a game in general and sucks itself dry of entertainment, choosing rather to recycle the same concept repeatedly, never evolving.
It's a game with glow sticks for kids. You get no meaningful character progression, we learn nothing about lightsabers except that their appearance can be customized for aesthetic reasons because the Jedi are big fans of vanity... apparently. And the force only replenishes if you hurt people with your lightsaber...?! Yet we're not playing as a Sith, nor do we have the option or threat of turning to the dark side. How do you mess this up so badly?! Even I could write a better game at this point. Maybe Knights of the Old Republic spoiled me beyond measure.
Just finished beating the game and...OMFG THAT WAS GOOD!!! And if anyone is wondering, yes, Darth Vader does appear and you have to battle him. Just not saying where or when

Im not even a star wars fan but i loved this games characters and story and it even got me interested in star wars as a whole after i finished it
Finally completed this week. Didn't like it at launch but came back to it and loved it!
Gotta be in the right mood for it :D
Just picked it up for $8 on Steam sale. Other than the optimization being messy, it is a fun game and looks great in 4K.
About to play this for the first time on PS5 , btw it’s free on both consoles now if subscribed.
Yep just found that out which surprised the hell out of me
Hope you have a good time with it :D
Love the puzzle type path ways. Exploring is the best part I think. I just like looking around. The world is spot on. Looks amazing
I like the action and what not but I absolutely hate puzzles in videogames. Definitely a good game but I'll have to give it another try.
I never played this game when it released, but finished it today after playing it for 2 weeks. It improves on everything that jedi survivor had. I'm only going to say this, the game was amazing! Truly amazing and miles better than the first one
This comment is so confusing man lmfao
@@JacksGameReviews How is it confusing? I said the game is really good and much, much better than the prior one
@@Seriksy jedi survivor is the sequel not the original lad if you read your comment back I think you mixed the two up?
@@JacksGameReviews Yep, you are absolutely right lol. So allow me to correct it. Jedi Survivor improved upon everything Jedi Fallen Order had
You convinced me to give this game another try. Got it on sale a year or two ago and played it for a bit and didn’t like it. But I’m try it out again!
Hope you like it this time man! Definitely takes a minute to get into the groove of things but once you get to know the planets it’s a blast :D
@@JacksGameReviews playing it now and enjoying it haha. Weird how to need to let games simmer for a while for you to get a taste for it.
I think your enjoyment of it may be relative. Gaming (AAA) is the worst it's ever been so mediocre games seem pretty good right now
For non Nintendo games, I guess.
I mean it’s essentially free so why not Mike :D
The universe demands it and now CGR does too
Let me know your thoughts if you do play it mate :)
" *_DEW IT!!!!!!_* "
Just bought the game.
I would say yes if you haven’t played or seen gameplay but no if you have seen a lot of gameplay or played then save up for Jedi survivor
Started yesterday on ps5 in preparation of survivor. It's nice enough!
Just got it for 7.5€ (around 8$), from the Playstation store christmas sale, and honestly 7.5€ for this game is worth every penny.
It's actually $5.99 on the US store
Just bought the deluxe edition on Steam for less than $10...running a special at 86% off
i would have warned you beforehand but most of the deluxe content is free after the 2020 may the 4th update, but you still get the “ making of fallen order “ clips so at least its not for nothing
Should I get it too ?
thanks for the lore, was looking for a good video , i am suprised i never played it , but figured i’d start yesterday since i’ll be getting survivor in a few days … and i’m lovin it! i am already geeking to play survivor knowing it’s gonna be GREAT.
The unlockables are not interesting enough. They should include more outfit
Agreed. The lightsaber customisation was good but my god the ponchos are complete ass
So many times I wanted to pick this game up, and I saw that running animation, and I was like: Thank god my money is safe today. 😂
The running is atrocious lmfao
Just got it on premium, at no cost.. I know nothing about star wars, holy hell it's fun. It feels like a true PS5 experience. Looks and feels incredible so far.
Can’t wait to see what they do with jedi survivor now it’s a proper next gen exclusive
Really hoping to get blown away
Replaying in 2024 and it still holds up nicely its a fun really good game. Looking forward to playing jedi survivor wen I upgrade to a ps5 will be hopefully my first game
I just got it on sale for 4 dollars yesterday on may 4th… may the fours be with me I guess
Same
Started this game as soon as I finished God of War Ragnarok.
That’s very fair
Puzzles aren’t for everyone but I did enjoy that aspect myself, helped pace the game a little better for me but I totally get not enjoying those parts
if you’re stupid just say that
You would probably love Star Wars The Force Unleashed 1 & 2 then, they still have great graphics in modern times.
I just downloaded this game on pc, was kinda slow at the start but I liked it as it picks up later, also after getting this when I finish it I think I’ll be getting the next one as I enjoy it enough to carry on playing it
Bought the game after paying $5.
Probably the best $5 I’ve spent for a game. :)
What a deal Nim :D
The party timing is way more strict on harder difficulties, also play with 60 fps if you have a PS4 pro or the ps5
Honestly I neverrr play video games but my brother got fallen order so I decided to try it. Ik it was very buggy and could of been cleaner but I finished the whole video game historically fast. Don’t knock it till you try it because the more you play I felt the better it got.
Hoping my bro gets survivor because I miss Cal 😭
I just got it for $4 on Steam, looking forward to playing it after Sekiro.
After (finally) playing this. I genuinely think it’s not worth playing it at all regardless of the year ☹️ Hopefully you will do a video on Hogwarts Legacy next month though 🤔
Hogwarts legacy is on the cards, trying to get my ass a review copy 💀
Fallen order is definitely no red dead redemption 2
You just hate Star Wars 💀
@@JacksGameReviews I started playing it yesterday after it was released for free on PS plus, I really enjoyed the Force Awakens game and thought it would be more similar to that but this is definitely an action puzzle as someone mentioned before. This isn't for everyone but I'm enjoying it more as I gain more abilities
Picked it up yesterday for £4.50 less then a cup of Coffey so worth a go.
I really hated this game. It was too much platform jumping, most of your enemies are animals, and the environments are giant mazes
I just want to know do you need Xbox game pass to play Star Wars Jedi fallen order? before I buy it.
Great quick review
short answer: yes
longer answer : hell yeah!! absolutely worth it!
LETS GO forest
How’s RUclips going for ya mate?
@@JacksGameReviews Not bad. I've delayed the award show multiple times, because of corrupting and rendering issues, but i finally got it all sorted out so i think i can get it out ny saturdya. glad you are doing well too, all luck for 2023!!
Well it's on sale on Xbox for £5 so can't go wrong with that
It was OK. Somethings I liked but others I didn't. They need too step it up on next one
If you’ve got PlayStation plus…you don’t need to!! Haha
It’s also on Game Pass
Very very true completely forgot it was getting added to ps plus and gamepass.
Man what a deal
@@JacksGameReviews I know right? ha…
@@JacksGameReviews yeah you just happened to upload this video today the day its added to ps plus
Epic store made it free also it’s the best because it is truly free on epic when they offer it no need to keep paying a subscription fee to play it
I have played it and most of all i did someway had fun but seem the game is more in favor for Nvidia then AMD.
Having to backtrack to the ship made me quit after the first mission.
Its $8 rn blackfriday, ima def buy it
I might play this game on my ps5 I beat it for the PS4, but I would love to play it again on my PS5
I originally tried to play this on a ps4 pro. It ran horribly and i disliked the game.
Got it on sale for my new pc, and i loved it. Once i figured out how to minimize the games stuttering issue it ran fantastic at 4k.
I just bought the deluxe edition for my Series X for just 5 pounds on the Xbox store because i am a game pass member.
I downloaded it via ps+ but when i wanted to leave the planet after the vault mission it kept loading for ever and ever so yeah guess i wont get further than the first hour
That’s really weird? Never seen that bug before, that sucks man
@@JacksGameReviews yeah re-downloaded it it works now
Good video but the I’m sorry the ponchos are iconic
Have you tried inquisitor costume? Looks great!
I’m ok with paying 10 dollars a month to play this and a plethora of other games too
Honestly if it more linear i would be happy, I just wanna hack and slash with a light saber, i hate backtracking.
If it was story driven like Marvel Guardian of the Galaxy, i would love it. Since that game is basically...haha jokes...shoot a bunch of stuff...next level.
If you’re on Xbox or pc the force unleashed games are perfect for that:D
@@JacksGameReviews oh shit almost forgot about that game, would love a next gen version of that. But just got me a new Xbox series X and Gamepass, gonna hit up the new Plague Tale first.
Thanks!
Thank you Guitarplayer
There are seven planets in Fallen Order, and five can be revisited and explored.
I was going to get this game but do you think with the easiest difficulty it would be easy enough for a 6 year old, I got my nephew into Star Wars
Hmmm that’s a tough one, I never played on the easiest difficulty but there are plenty of checkpoints and I’m sure a kid could beat it, will take them a lot of time but nothing better for a kid than a challenge :D
@@JacksGameReviews I got it he played it once and never left the junkyard, Lego incredibles went on sale on the switch yesterday so I got that for him, that was the one game that he’s been wanting to get for a while so he’s still happy

Deluxe edition on sale for $5 on Xbox right now.
The story seems amazing but I seriously don’t like melee combat games in general. Had to stop after the first planet because I felt like I was forcing myself through a genre I hate for a story I like
The character model itself ruined it for me, playing as Ian Gallagher was kind of stupid
Epic has it on sale for $4 till 3/16/23
8 bucks on eBay right before it became free. Yup that's my luck. Great game though so I don't mind
Hated this game didn’t get past the first two planets
I mean that’s fair enough lad, was it the puzzles?
I did the same thing. On the platforming stones and puzzles… I just wanted to kill stuff. Nice graphics in the game though.
That's a shame, because that's not even far enough to unlock new force powers which really open up the combat
Skill issue tbh
Thats sad tbh
Hate the creatures and i hate the map design when trying to get back to dumb ass ship, can't wait for fast travel.
Overall though, it's a beautiful game and i enjoyed it.
it’s free on playstation plus this month
That "want to collect colors" farming in most games today is what's ruining the genre
the only part of the game i dont like is the map.
played it and found it awful, 4/10 completely inconsistent all around, and inappropriately marketed as an action game rather than what it is…a puzzle game.
Should I play this first before the new survivor?
I would
Bought it, installed it.
(STEAM)
Game wont even start. Nice
If you didn't get this game. You're missing out.
Just finished beating the game and...OMFG THAT WAS GOOD!!! And if anyone is wondering, yes, Darth Vader does appear and you have to battle him. Just not saying where or when
Ps plus going to give it for free for month of January so answer is yes! People should "buy" it lol
PlayStation doing gods work
I couldn't make it past after the first 2 planets its just way too many puzzles
I think I'm just gonna get the survivor 😅
