Restoring a Paver Patio: Pressure Washing Business Owner VLOG #10 Wash, Sand, Seal

In this video, we take on the task of power washing, sanding, and sealing a client's paver patio. What we expected to be a straightforward job included an unexpected challenge due to drainage issues, but we got the job done!
Day one began with power washing the patio, but we quickly encountered our first problem when an O-Ring busted on our DN10 Ball Valve. Secondly we realized very fast that this patio had poor drainage, which caused water to pool up and added about a lot of extra unexpected work. Despite this setback, we powered through and managed to get the patio thoroughly cleaned.
With the cleaning complete, we had to let the patio dry entirely before moving on to the sanding phase. This took a bit longer than expected due to the excess moisture & it rained in the morning a tad bit, so we had to delay the sanding until later in the day.
On day two, with the patio finally dry, we started the sanding process, filling the joints to stabilize the pavers and give the patio a fresh, new look. After sanding, we sealed the patio using a bucket sprayer, providing long-lasting protection and enhancing the overall appearance.

It really depends on the space. These pavers plus the retaining wall was $2200 something dollars and that includes the materials. 👍
