I actually own a Polvo album, "Shapes" from 1997. Once again I can recognise their unusually progressive and psychedelic take on the noisier end of late 1980's/early 1990's indie rock with rather complex song structures and lots of different textures creating an otherworldly trippy feel. (fits the song title being a nod to Steppenwolf's "Magic Carpet Ride") Even if this sounds very different from most of the songs on "Shapes".
