I am floored by all the progress, hon! Tyler is really impressive with his ability to do ANYTHING! And that cute little grand dog is now a RUclips star!
Oh, my goodness! It's all coming together so nicely. It definitely brings back memories of my remodel. We removed 4 walls and opened up the kitchen. I went from a small galley kitchen, with no counter space, to a more spacious kitchen that is open to our family room. I'm not trying to promote here, but if you would like to see the transformation, I made a picture montage video and it's posted on my channel. The mudding, floating, sanding, repeat of the sheetrock was absolutely the worst part of the project. We lived in the house as we did the work. The ceiling was not my favorite part to do. We did almost all of the work ourselves. My brother helped us, and he made our new kitchen cabinets. Tyler reminds me of him in some ways. By the way, Tyler, you're doing an awesome job! Thank you!!
No, you're good, I watched your vid. It looks fantastic! Man, scraping a popcorn ceiling?? ... yuck! I really love how you pulled it all together. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for being here! ❤️
@@a.shed.instead Yea, scraping that ceiling was not fun, and it was messy. Lol! You're going to be so proud of your home when it's all finished. I'm enjoying watching your journey.
It is looking sooooo good ! Your right taping not fun but it will look so nice ! Tyler is a great son-in-law to have. Reese is getting so big and can shake already!
However it is easier to use than holding sheetrock up with one hand and hammer in nails with the other hand. My dad did this after he got up from haveing the mumps not a good Idea.
You're so welcome. Thanks for being here, we're happy to have you! ❤️ Unfortunately, my Roman passed in April, of old age, but the vet did have to help him cross the rainbow bridge, unfortunately. I shared about it in one of the videos, A Sad Week at the Homeplace.
