Academy Award winning filmmaker Emerald Fennell (Promising Young Woman) brings us a beautifully wicked tale of privilege and desire. The acting, screenplay, and cinematography is better than 99% of films it is unapologetically deranged, twisted, bold, shocking, hilarious and a an absolute masterpiece. 10/10. Fennel moves up the ranks with directors such as aster and chazelle and is unafraid to go big and insanely over the top..,,audiences with an open mind will be rewarded

I just got done watching this and came straight to the comments to say that this movie waz EPIC. It was a really great time beginning to end. I've been looking for a decent movie or series to watch for weeks.
10/10 even.just for the end scene alone (had a woman been in that scene instead, it would have been same old, same old) not to mention the rest of the movie which really shows that it's possible to make good films in today's world. I was beginning to lose hope.
Barry Keoghan is BOLD! What a great artsy psychological thriller for a change. I meed to find more on this level.
This was phenomenal, way to go! Thank you for actually making a worthwhile film that deserves recognition.

Jacob Elordi has a charismatic presence. Perfect for this part and a great foil for Oliver. The bath scene and open door makes me wonder whether Felix was unconsciously - or consciously - seducing and enticing Oliver. Felix made everybody fall in love with him without realising how beautiful and appealing he was to both genders. Oliver had to work much harder.
