@@nobby-green Hia Nobby again, could i take the test needed to fly my mavic 3 classic in the countryside and register it before it comes ?? im still waiting its been ages now, oh and whats the name of the test again. Thanks mate.
Congratulations on your new drone, wishing you many wonderful flights with it. I got it last November and had lots of fun flying it during the harsh winter months, in Montreal. Its most important features relative to the AIR 2S are longer flying time and waypoints.
first impression is always the best sir I fell in with that beauty in the beast body really great speed looks great really impressive upgrade sir love ur video direct to the point talk love from india✌🏻
I have had my Mavic 3 Classic for about 2 months. Due to the really nasty weather in the Pacific Northwest I have not had much chance to fly it. When I have had the chance it has been an absolute beast in the wind. I put it up in about a 15 mph/24 kph wind and it held position perfectly. I used the waypoint feature and found it amazing also. One note on waypoints. Be aware that it does round out the flight path from one waypoint to the next. This becomes important if you are setting up waypoints with objects out side the waypoint system. I set some way points down a tree line, video focused away from the trees. I flew the way points in a straight line. When I ran the waypoints and the drone rounded out the path the obstacle avoidance kicked in on a couple of trees and made the flight path a little jittery. I moved the way points out from the tree line a bit and all went well as the Mavic 3 rounded out the flight path. Not a big deal but something to be aware of.
Great tip. I did do a quick way point and did notice the rounding on the map. Looking forward to getting it out more. The weather in the uk has been terrible but hopefully it’s picking up now. Having said that we are forecast rain for the next week coming 🙈😁
Am a raw beginner and have had the Mini 3 Pro since December. I always imagined that if I enjoyed flying it then that drone would be a stepping stone up to the Mavic 3 series next. I am very surprised by how well the M3P turned out for my silly needs but am still curious about what this new Classic may add beside just Cruise Control and the raw sex appeal of bigger and faster. PNW too.
I have found that the Mavic 3 Classic out off all the drones I have owned it has the most precise landing and also when I tried out the night mode it blew me away such an amazing drone wish you the best off luck with it Nobby
Hey up Nobby, greetings from Yorkshire. I have the Air 2s and recently bought the Mavic 3 Classic, both are fantastic drones. I live within 5 min walk of the Yorkshire moors and fly there regularly. On windy days the air 2s would blow about a bit, but The Mavic 3 Classic is like a Bull dog as if to say "Call yasen wind?" "Buggrer off, Im coming Like it or not".
That’s great news! I’m also finding it’s a real beast when it comes to wind. I’m up at York tomorrow for a few days and planning a few flights over the moors weather permitting 😁
I had the mavic 3 but now sold it because there's to many regulations so didn't get to use it much but your right it is a beast I did enjoy flying it. Thanks for sharing nobby 😁👍👌 🇬🇧
They are restricted yes but I’m surprised that you sold it. They are fantastic however if you didn’t use it then fair play. Having the A2cofc helps. Thanks 👍
I have to agree with you. I've had my M3C since November and it is awesome. I have not put it to it's full potential yet but it's fun trying the features out. Waypoints are easy. The drone handles a good wind speed. Oversll I'm very happy.
Congrats on the Mavic 3 Classic, Nobby. I have held off wondering if there will be an Air 3. If no Air 3 announcement by June 1, I think I will get the M3 Classic. Have fun. I look forward to your next reports. Cheers from Wisconsin, U.S.A.
@@nobby-green I am thinking that you are right concerning the Air 3. There were rumors a couple of months ago about an Air 3 in May. Perhaps no Air 3 now will force me into a better choice. So many people tout the wonders of the M3 Classic that it might be the better way for me to go. It is a little pricey, but now in my 74th year I should put that aside. My main concern is attracting attention with the M3’s size and noise. I can fly the Mini 3 Pro anywhere and people either give me a friendly hello or just ignore me.

Hi Stefan. Yes you can. You can also change heading gimbal tilt and many other things for each waypoint. You can also tell it to take a picture too👍 quite an amazing drone.
Thirty-five minutes on a standard battery in the Mavic 3 Classic is outstanding compared to all previous models. May I ask what remaining battery percentage you were seeing when the drone landed after 35 minutes of flight?

Good video about a very interesting drone. Loved my Air2. I am torn between this one and the Autel Lite Plus which is currently on Sale for about 1,100 bucks in the fly more Combo including ND filters. However, it is not yet certified going along with several restrictions and allows recording in log only in full auto which makes little sense. The difference in price and DJI’s geofencing are hard to swallow though.
What I'm found of about Mini 2 is the full control of aircraft, camera etc etc when RTH. Some kind here of "cruise control". Unfortunately this isn't available on Mini 3 series due to my understanding ❤️
@@nobby-green Yes that's correct. However with the hyperlapse option in M3P it requires some planning and plotting ahead and the outcome is debatable IMO.
