- Front brake disc side stroke measuring and change incl. guide pins. Why? Because the steering wheel vibrates while braking from speeds above approx. 80 kph...

Attention towards dismounting the correct caliper bolt
Tools:
17 mm power socket for the wheel
18 mm socket for the caliper
set of allen and torx wrenches for the guide pin and brake disc
medium flat screw driver for the wheel cap and bushings
jack up
jack stand
ratchet
long ratchet extender
breaker bar
medium size hammer
small wire brush
some hard wire for caliper hanging
Material:
front brake discs 298 mm
front brake pads, if needed
front guide pins with bushings, if needed
brake cleaner
paper towels
silicone grease
copper spray optional as antiseize
sand paper 100 for resurfacing the pads, if reused

P.S.: According to Fuser from BMW Klub Polska a good idea to do is to cleaning up the caliper piston underneath its rubber boot with some brake cleaner and measuring the hub side stroke, because if it has a bigger side stroke, the brake discs will be destroyed soon. Also measuring the side stroke of the disc should have be done with all five screws tighten up half ways, not just two of them. I haven't done all that, so we'll see how it works out in the next couple thousand of kilometers.
