Thank you so much for your vulnerability! I missed your RUclips presence and am grateful for your honesty. Having toddlers is probably the most challenging time of parenthood. Work - life balance is such a battle. You are SO strong. You’ve got this!
Hi there, I’m brand-new here. I was looking for some kind of validation to try IF while breastfeeding my 14 week old and I really enjoyed your input. I just want to thank you for your videos and showing up as you are. There are many more mamas who are struggling with the same things, such as, body image, weight gain and just the hardship of taking care of ourselves while being outnumbered than the perfect body, perfect everything mamas. So I just want to thank you for being so honest and real! ♥️
I’ve been wondering what you guys were up to! Excellent video - can’t tell you how impressed I am at your absolute genuine openness and willingness to share in order to help others. Beautiful! I’m looking forward to whatever content you guys produce as I am going through the same things. Thank you for existing on RUclips! 😊❤
Very relatable video. I go back and forth with eating meat and being fully plant based also. I’ve let go of being so rigid since I can become very disordered in my eating/overthinking.
So nice to see a video from you. You are how I found out about BLE in 2019, I don't do that anymore, but still am no S/F and that has been life changing for my addiction, so thank you 😊
Glad you shared such a real life update! We all struggle and I seem to struggle with most everything you talk about as well! I’m just a ton older😂. The work never gets easier, never ends and the struggle continues forever. But with the proper mindset, community and support around you, it’s manageable and you find your balance. Love to hear more updates on the relationship piece you mentioned, I am very similar!!
You two are perfect in your authenticity! How encouraging! You (we) are living life IMO it means being on the journey and enjoying the wonderfulness of our bodies! We are always learning, embracing where we were, where we are, where we are going! THANK YOU!
Great to see you both back on! You both have a beautiful family. It’s very difficult to raise two small kids and work on a stressful job. I see Gaby and Patricia that are in a similar situation. The important thing is family and you have a beautiful family! I understand Gaby and Patricia will be meeting up with you and the kids next month. Enjoy 🎉 life! Family is number one!
I look forward to the video about the continuous glucose monitors. I thought it would be cool to have one, but didn't realize they were available over the counter; I thought you had to be diabetic to get one.

It’s ok to be real and raw ❤ you are doing so much! Be kind to yourself!

I hope you have given Al-Anon a try to help support you as someone affected by family addictions.
