My wife has passed on but she introduced me to Mexican cooking many years ago. I picked up some ground pork chorizo from my local grocery store and although I've never cooked chorizo before, as soon as I heard your accent I knew this was going to be tan Muy bueno! Thank you Alma. :)

Glad I watched this before trying to cook chorizo cause honestly for some reason I didn't realize the chorizo needed to cook so much longer than the eggs. Makes sense, but good to know! I've got chorizo in my fridge and I'm totally gonna make this for lunch! Adding onions makes sense too, you never can go wrong if you start with aromatics!

I am so happy I found you! I so enjoy chorizo with eggs, beans, potatoes, jalapenos and cheese. The place near my home charges $10.50. I am now confident that I can make it myself. You are a great Teacher and I love your accent. Thank you kindly.
