I think your video on chorizo breakfast burritos has been the best I've seen so far but my friend you forgot the bell peppers and the mushrooms and sausage. At least, that is how I make mine. Don't forget to make the fresh guacamole (spicy), it goes great with the burritos. But the recipe is awesome.

El Mexicano is a known brand, but there are a few out there to choose from. If you go to a Mexican grocery store, sometimes you can find fresh made chorizo in the meat dept. Those are my favorite.

I used to use the same chorizo you use, but I kind of get grossed out by the ingredients in it. Lol, kind of nasty, but the flavor is the bomb. Now I just go to the closest Mexican grocery store and get the fresh made from the butcher in the meat market. Can't go wrong there. Also, try the frozen Oreida potatoes Obrien with bell peppers and onions in the mix. Straight up fire brother!
depending on how much chorizo flavor you want, you can do 1 tube of chorizo per 2 dozen of eggs. The potatoes 2-3 medium potatoes per dozen of eggs also.

@4dnehawley I do cooking at church. Yes you can find the foil sheets to wrap individually. I place them in an electric roaster to keep the food warm.

@4dnehawley yes, it should be like heating in the oven, they can go to Temps of 450 I believe. Once heated, bring down to 145 to keep warm.
