Alright Matt, we have had AT&T Digital Life security for years and it has been fantastic. That said, AT&T are getting out of the home security game and are divesting that service; selling to another major home security player. I expect SimplySafe are a decent enough company as they do sponsor a gun channel. However, are they a good security company? I am willing to try them. So in a couple month's, I will report back on another video, that is, if there is a future video sponsored by SimpliSafe. Otherwise, there would be no point.

Oooh, somebody watched garand thumb 😁😁😁👍 Edit: wohooooo, what's happening below this comment! Never had so many comments before! Thank you, guys! Maybe weapons bring people together! 😁😁😁
That's cuz we having a second amendment and did not give up our guns in world war II. Australia and European nations are big on air guns because they gave up their right to protect themselves. The police are there RIGHT! My older brother used to compete with these air guns in the 50s and 60s. Before being sponsored to shoot real firearms.
@@mikesuch9021 This is utter horseshit. Airguns are legally nerfed/power limited to absolute uselessness in the UK, and basically completely illegal just like firearms in Australia.
As someone who hunts almost exclusively with airguns, I'm always surprised when people are surprised by their power. I've been ripping groundhogs off of stumps at 200 yds with my .357 pcp for years now. They are a blast
Lewis and Clark used an air gun. I'd argue that they might be superior for hunting since they are relatively quiet and won't startle an animal if you miss.
Nope, wayyy too slow and soft of a projectile. Steel rod with copper jacket About 350 gr and max air might bust soft but a trauma plate will keep you safe for sure.
@@Grizzalis no I have knowledge of what armour can and can't do. I have learned about armor and ballistics and what will and won't work against it. Big Soft lead projectiles don't beat armor. It can slap you hard with just the soft armor but if your plate is in your fine.
Glad the airguns are back. To differentiate yourself, and since you have the cool 100 yrd range now, maybe start shooting things at distance too! Also Green Guys recycling in San Marcos has a lot of 5/8" steel plates about 3'x4' that's gonna get recycled soon. I bought two for $100. There were about 20 left. You could have some cool targets cut out of them.
@@MrAshtute Not saying it isn't. But, at close range the round had a chance of not going all the way through. I am curious at 100 yards how much momentum is lost, thus how much penetration.
I have the Benjamin Bulldog .357, I shoot it more than my ARs now and my kids love training with it. Not to mention it is very accurate and will go through 3 2x4s. 100 rounds for $20 and i purchased a high pressure compressor with an extra storage tank so after all the initial cost (around $1000 before they started getting popular), they end up saving a lot of money and its easy to get beginners started that are sensitive to something that really kicks. My 6 year old daughter likes shooting the AR10 but definitely prefers the bulldog which does have the 5 round magazine.
Since the prices of ammunition is expensive this seems usable and fit for some general shooting with friends and family.. But your daughter is 6 and likes shooting 🤙.. I see a good father here ;)
@@800yards yeah they are a blast. I’m 42 and just retired after 21 years as a combat medic, I work at the VA now to keep busy but definitely trying to make sure and not raise ❄️ 😂

Air rifle ammo is scarce right now. Have not been able to get .30 cal air rifle ammo here in New Zealand for over a year. Apollo brand is the only brand we have - but they do not fit my Hatsan Carnivore's breech. So I'm conserving the 90 or so JSB's I have left.
@@historiapoliticabellum6265 that is a real bitch. I'm lucky I also have a .22 air rifle, and they are not in short supply. I really want to use the .30, but unfortunately I can not, unless I want to run out.
@@CadillacDriver I don't know the situation in your country. But in my country, the most used & available airgun pellet calibers is .177 & .22. And the biggest caliber few people have is .25. No man ever have their hand on bigger caliber than that. It is due to the heavily strict Gun Laws which include airgun & airsoft bow & crossbow which require a lot of things to be done before they can own one. While the law is permitting people to have ones, any caliber bigger than .177 & .20, we need a license which issued by the police. The reason why .22 and bigger pellets is so scarce were due to few poeples have airgun of those calibers. While for the .177 , The scarcity reason of those Big brands pellets such as JSB,H&N, RWS & QYS is because those pellets is used heavily by competition shooters. Especially those from benchrest WRABF shooters, they are regularly used up 1 to 2 cans of those pellets in one single training. A month, they may use up to 4 or 5 can.
Hmm. Body armor has me curious... In a way, I don't think these are particularly suited for penetration, but some of the .22 and .25 have incredible speeds. I would love to see it played out in a demo
I feel like that was high-school anatomy knowledge, not vet knowledge. "That shattered his spine, instantly paralyzed" is hardly advanced level stuff lmao.
He has 4 writers working for him that write these skits. LOL!! You think he's capable of coming up with all those bits himself?? Dude, Matt can fix critters and shoot boom-booms....that's it.
I have co2 powered bang grenades. They put out 130 decibels at 30 feet away. Got to love the internet. Great for scaring critters off the property. Although a few bunnies have gone comatose from the concussion.
The rifle arrived today and I dialed in the scope just a couple hours ago ruclips.net/user/postUgkxQt2uORDRfFOVSrO4idv4B90ThT6EOnEL . I haven’t shot with a scope in probably 25 years. The X on the left was my target. (the shot almost in the bullseye on the right X was my father in laws first shot after I made adjustments) The two shots circled are my first 2 shots. Then I brought it down - shot once. Then brought it over to the left. From there zeroed it in to dead center. This all was from 25 yards out. Follow instructions carefully when mounting the scope. So far I'm very happy with the purchase.
It's been decades since I've been so impressed with a weapon, an air rifle, or maybe an air cannon is more appropriate. Should almost not be real. but compressed air is a powerful issue, we have played with steel pipes and bearing balls in the workshop (valve at the end of the pipe).
Im so happy to see this channel is doing well I remember watching these vids 10 years ago along with the vet ranch videos. Sir if you are reading this, I think you're a legend
This is the first time I have ever thought "okay yeah those have a lot of energy" the previous airgun videos made me feel like they just didn't have the power but these are crazy.
I haven't seen a semi or belt fed PCP gun nearly as powerful as a high performance 22LR round in a normal ruger 10/22. They work, but the energy is minimal, 500 fps or so on the 22 and 30 caliber pellets
Been hunting whitetail with the previously shown samyang dragon claw for a few years now in va… trust me the 50 cal air rifle he showed had enough power. Good clean kill. Inside the city we have private property but we can’t use a gun, so it’s either bow/ cross bow/ or air rifle.. and air rifle has better range imo.. might get one of these too.
Holy cow when i saw the word "airgun" in the title i thought you were going to shoot some normal gas operated .177 caliber airguns, i was totally not expecting THAT.
@@banegas0411 .22 are decently common, I very rarely come across a .25 or a .30 airgun though, however I have never seen an airgun shoot something bigger than a .50 so i was really surprised.
Ya I had a .177 caliber Daisy Red Ryder BB gun that was lever action and piston powered and got 350 feet per second, but it would only go 1 inch into a steak and definitely wasn't lethal to anything other then small birds.
You got it well brotha, (seemingly, never know peoples situations) but you're always so upbeat, funny, entertaining yet you're so informative at the same time. Good for you man, keep it rollin!
It actually makes sense that these are so powerful. I have fired one of those t shirt canons for a job and let me tell you it could launch a t-shirt from 3rd base to the upper deck behind 1st on 1/3RD POWER 💀.
the air cannon my friends and I have been messing with (5ft x 2" barrel, 5ft x 3" pressure tank, two 1" sprinkler valves in parallel with pneumatic trigger) will send a potato with ~3000 joules of energy (@ ~330fps). They do NOT mess around haha, the next one will be crazier, with a 3" angle seat valve that opens with a pneumatic cylinder.
I want a t-shirt cannon, then i will need to buy a shitload of t-shirts just so i can shoot them at people, and call it....advertising.....for something!
all the effort matt uses for each video is inasne. thank you so much for always bringing great content to your channel. all the success you have youve 100% earned through your hard work
Hard work pays off, I’m sure this RUclips thing is Matts full time job. Spends many hours being creative with a team, all coming together to have fun and shoot guns. Dream job!
Helium at equal pressures will up velocity substantially however its expensive and not needed. If you was after absolute Max power levels if your running a 3600psi gun then run Helium at 3600psi and you will up velocity around 20% and remember energy runs at the square of velocity so you can develop MEGA energy levels with .50 or .70 cal air rifles.
Airguns have always been powerful, in Europe there's dozens of companies making airguns for hunting. In the UK there were companies in the 1800s making hunting airguns that had good power
Great video, there is no doubt that air rifles can be deadly, Louis(Lewis, ooops) and Clark took them across the continent. Giradoni made them, they were pretty cool.
I CAME UP WITH IT! We take 2 very thick meter pipes and fill them with filler. Mounting foam and concrete! Shoot! well, or bottled soda. Chickens. Rammed paper
PCP air guns are beast. I have a couple and I use my 25 caliber to squirrel 🐿 hunt. It works great and it also gives you the ability to to hear the round hit the target. You can tell if you hit or missed the animal because of the loud thwack when it hits. So awesome.
I regularly take squirrels with my Benjamin Armada .22. Serious impact sounds like a drum when you hit them in the guts. Still fairly humane too usually dead in less than a minute and no flopping around like a head shot. I typically go for the neck just behind the head or throat they're dead in less than 5 seconds. Hit one yesterday in the neck and he ran up a tree like it was nothing and came back down and hit the ground like a rock after 3 seconds dead before he hit the ground. Squirrels are pretty tough! I have the Seneca Eagle Claw .25 with a red dot on it. I use that one for quick shots out the backyard window when the opportunity arises.
A 9mm has around 400ft*lb of energy. These have triple that. Yes, certainly more powerful round per round, but I consider a 9mm much more deadly: Faster firing, 2ft penetration if FMJ, more accurate, and 17 rounds fired in 3 seconds fits in your pocket. This is a good demonstration of why air rifles deserve respect though.
@@erict3728 Oh, they certainly do know but the regulations differ quite wildly. Some countries have them nearly banned, regardless of power/caliber. Some have quite strict regulations (like, up to 4.5mm and/or below 7.5J), some have more relaxed laws. Where I live, over 4.5mm air rifles/pistols need FAC to buy and own (paintball, airsoft excluded). Hunting with air rifles is not legal here so any larger caliber practically has no use. Talking about 9mm air rifles (not pistols), those should be around 200J (148 ft*lb) or so. Some have mags and thus quite fast to shoot.
@@SeersantLoom There are 9mm airguns with a good deal more power then the mentioned by you 200 joules... I have a Hatsan Piledriver 9mm/.35 , it does a measured 400 joules with a 125 grain bullet. Also have it's bigger brother in .457 , that one does about 700~720ft/lbs. I'd also contest the claims of the OP when it comes to accuracy , a 2" group at 100M/110yrds is considered horrendous for these types of airguns. Try matching a 2" group with that glock at 100M/110yrds.

A video on the feasibility of using these for self defense would be neat, as some people can’t own firearms or live in places where firearms aren’t allowed.
There does not need to br a video. These rifles are on par with firearms. Even .22 hatsan break barrels can push 40-45 FPE. Which is close to .22 short.
It was the Girardoni Air Rifle, it was fairly powerful, and featured repeating fire capabilities, like a bolt action rifle. It was a marvel to the Indians Lewis and Clark visited, as they were familiar with muzzleloaders, but this rifle was significantly more effective in capacity than a one-shot powder gun. It shot a .46 caliber spherical bullet at 500fps, generating 117ftlbs according to google.
@@chemistryofquestionablequa6252 actually they just had one but they made the local tribes think they had several. It was given to them by Thomas Jefferson who received it from a Austrian diplomat. They were lucky no one called their bluff.
That was a cool rifle. I shot a replica of that model. The pump they had to fill the shoulder stock air tank with took them well over 2 hours to get to full capacity of 800 psi! Roughly 1500 strokes.
All three lengths are vastly more powerful than a little 9 mm. The longer barreled gun will match all but the heaviest 44 mag loads like the 340's from UA and BB..
As a total believer in .44 Mag, I was pretty interested in seeing a silent 400 grn push 100yds with enough authority to bend range steel... Out of a BB gun. Nothing like showcasing a product that actually works. Not to mention the 600 grn heavies shattering an Elk's solar plexus, spine, and occipital lobe in a truly subsonic way... Every bit of the repeatable terminal performance you need, none of the explosion, gas blowback, or high decibel report you don't. This is a pretty good proof of concept video.
But you have to load each shot which takes like 3 seconds. I’m fine with my sig p365 thankyou for self defense. It rips a big enough hole in someone with several shots with hollow points. And you can shoot it as fast as you want.
@@HarpoMax67 A lot of us have the 365 my guy... This isn't about rapid firepower, because there are a whole host of better options for that than a sub-compact pistol. This is about mass times momentum, on target, quietly. And the fun way to unobtrusively remove intrusive Elk herds in whisper mode at one hundred paces... Kinetic energy, delivered efficiently. Cumbersome, slow, and heavy. But with ghost like lethality...
@@HarpoMax67 And that has absolutely nothing to do with what the title of this video asks, nor what I posted. However, if you were to have to use a gun on someone in a SD situation, this airgun would do it with authority in one shot vs who knows how many you may have to take with the 9. It is almost the same exact thing as comparing a 9 to a 12 ga slug. No one in their right mind is going to claim the 9 is superior in stopping power.

The Lewis and Clark expedition took an air rifle with them.... .69cal I think. Prussian army used air rifles for awhile. Reload was about as fast as a bolt action
@@phredphlintstone6455 9mm doesn’t make a good sniper round. In the grand scheme of things, despite its popularity as a defensive round, thus excellent at 5-10 feet, a .69 caliber air rifle will kill you at a long range. The .50 Texan air rifle can put a pellet through several layers of cast iron.
It was the girandoni air rifle that the austrians used for about 10 years and was on the lewis and clark expedition. Iirc it was like .48 or .51 cal. It wasnt an air rifle as such it was a pattern that was sold to countries or companies who wanted to have it made. As such a gunsmith employed to make it could tweak the design to produce the product that was desired. There could have been .68 cal examples.
Not really that crazy if you remember that lewis and Clark used an airgun to hunt on their expedition a couple hundred years ago, so they have definitely been around just not wildly popular because for quite a while they were a massive pain in the ass to fill
@@Greg1096 I'm well aware of the air rifle Lewis and Clark had. I promise you these newer rifles are absolutely a massive advancement. Better rifling, more consistent ammo, better valves, more power no doubt there, etc. The list literally could go on.
I suppose it's all a matter of how you think of it While this and a BB gun are both "airguns" One could also argue a slingshot and a 100+ pound crossbow are both "elastic guns"
Wow! I saw the kick from that first air rifle and have never sen one kick like that in the past, them things are beasts of air rifles, completely unlike the last useless 0.177 one I once had. Holy hell! You shot that ballistics analogue and it even first smashed ribs, continued on and smashed the spine and KEPT GOING! Wow! Very impressive. I'm a bit curious about the compressed gas cost though as the main beauty of air rifles always was very cheap to use but, somehow I doubt these will be very cheap, that massive ammo too.
If you put a little oil or Vaseline on the back of the pellets the petroleum should detonate, known as "dieseling". It makes a .177 pellet go way faster, I wonder how much difference it makes with the bigger bores?
Is dieselling at this scale/power, wise I wonder? I'm sure the barrels etc are well proofed but detonation could be a bit lairy with something this big
I tell you, the things I've shot with a 120psi air nozzle before... in the right chamber with correct jet settings for the released volumetric pressure, all kinds of crap you wouldn't expect went down range.
Would love on some off your stuff especially like this, to see you shoot across a Chrono or radar system. Love to see the fps your getting out of those projectiles.

I think this is not possible because it needs a big enough air tank. A lever action mechanism would not leave much space for a tank, meaning the gun would be as powerful as an Airsoft lol
@@erlcoofr I think it depends really I don’t think he means a tube fed lever action but rather that a lever would be quicker and easier to manipulate than this latch style.

I know there are a lot of reviews on the B&W S45 AND NOW THE M50 I would love to see it at the Ranch, I'm sure it would get a lot of views. You guys are great.see you in the next 1
Incredible designs! Really cool new weapons. I enjoyed this a great deal. One thought. My understanding is bbl length should not increase velocity as it would in the powder burners. The longer bbl helps it do a more efficient job burning the powder. I would think after a certain length the bbl would minimally start decreasing velocity do to friction. If this is wrong someone feel free to correct me. God bless all here.
Similar thing in air guns but not the same degree. You want the round in the barrel as long as there is enough pressure to still be accelerating it. Once that stops the barrel is no longer helping. With powder burners you can tune your load and powder to the gun.. not sure about air guns.
@@TheEvilmooseofdoom I didnt know that. So it has an acceleration distance in the bbl with this burst of air pressure. Man this is interesting. Thanks much!
Definitely not a new idea. Pcp's (pre-charged pneumatics) have been around for at least 40 years I believe. They have taken leaps and bounds in recent years with the ability to shoot a more traditional style slug, as opposed to a traditional skirted pellet. Pellets are excellent at grabbing the surrounding air to stabilize themselves, but that can really mess them up long range with any wind. Higher end airguns can most definitely be tuned, and need to be tuned. Most higher end PCP guns would have a regulator to regulate how much air actually enters the chamber as opposed to what pressure the bottle has. This regulator eliminates the bullet drop after each successive shot. With calibers this large, you will still need to refill the bottle after several shots, but at least those several will be consistent. As far as tuning goes, the plenum volume can be adjusted, the plenum pressure can be adjusted, (if the gun is equipped with above mentioned regulator) and how long the valve is open to the high pressure can also be adjusted. I personally have a .22 and a .30 caliber air rifle, shooting 27 and 46 grain slugs respectively, and they are deadly accurate and very effective for birds, rodents, and bigger varmints.
I was thinking the same thing, my mind was blown that this is “not a gun”. Haha you need a firearm license for airsoft and paintball guns in NSW. This is clearly a rifle that shoots a deadly projectile and should be classified, sold and stored as such. Haha American gun laws are so F***ed. Yay for the most misinterpreted law ever written over 200years ago when guns were terrible and took 30secs to a 1min plus to reload.
That's because your PM is a leftist pansy like our Canadian PM TrueDope. They both don't understand the meaning of FIRE. Same rules here, but the cutoff os 495 fps before the air magically turns to fire. But yes,one correct thing... everyone should store any guns in a locked cabinet.
Just ordered a tank top! First time ordering from bunker branding, long time viewer! Keep up the great video entertainment! Also can’t wait to see ranchtang again on off the ranch!
That ping afterwards is the airtank doing its best tuning fork impersonation. My marauder did that. De-gas everything , take the air tank off and put a piece of silicon hose inside the same outside diaas the inside diameter of the tank. You may have to just cut a bigger piece to fit in there. Only need a 1 or 2 inch long piece to stop the ringing.
Uh, the _little_ one generates 750 FPE. That's plenty for home defense. The main problem is almost no one makes big-bore airguns as repeaters. The one decent one I've found is the Benjamin Bulldog, which has a 5-shot rotating magazine and is as powerful as standard-pressure .38 Special. It's also a bullpup.
@@Bacteriophagebs Check out the Hatsan Hercules. They have been on the market now for at least a couple years. Available in caliber 177 to 45. I have the 45 with seven round rotary mag and as much energy as a 45 ACP with much longer range being a long gun. The 30 caliber is most popular with energy at or exceed 22 lr and legs to reach to 300 yards. I think the 30 cal is ten shot repeater with good shot count,I think about 40 shots. I get about 25 good shots with my 45 before it falls off.
As these large caliber air tools have evolved and continue to get better. More and more I'm beginning to think they might be the best tools for when SHTF . All you need is maybe a couple of different types of bullet molds and then you can easily make them out of scrap lead and air . That’s much easier than having all the ingredients , skill and time to make a self contained cartridge . If anything it gives you a lot more options and that’s always a good thing . Especially when just moving around might be a serious risk to your life and health. That’s why I also have a variety of Black Powder wrenches in my toolbox , options !
Here in Canada any airgun that shoots over 500 feet per second is actually considered a firearm and requires the same license you would need to own regular firearms.
Just a reminder: The US Navy had pneumatic 15" (380mm) guns. Battleship sized air guns, with projectiles that had 550 lbs. of high explosive in them. They were designed back in the earlier days of high explosives, when they were not anywhere near as stable as high explosives are today. The basic idea was that a pneumatic gun could fire a shell containing a lot of dynamite without making it blow the ship up. Due to not imparting the same quick shock to the shell that a regular gun would. (It is similar to the difference between steam and electromagnetic catapults in that regard.) fun fact: the ship prefix the USN used for battleships was "BB" (the B from Battleship, doubled, just like DD with Destroyers). So really, there are 20cm and 16" BB guns :D (for anyone oblivious to that double entendre there is that 'bb' also can mean 'ball bearing'.
That's awesome to see you working with the air rifles too, I have a couple myself! Not of that caliber though 😂. The cameraman melted :'( I guess it is a small price to pay to keep Demolition Ranch operational. Press F to pay respects Also as a Canadian these air guns could be a great loophole to for our self defense lawss because theyre not legally considered guns/firearms. They could likely be used for self defense since using conventional guns that use a primer/powder cartidge to fire the round to protect yourself or your loved ones is against the law in any context. You HAVE to wait for the police if a gun is needed to stop a violent crime.
At the end, Mat says that he’ll, “possably see you next time.” You see ladies and gentleman, what he really means to say between the lines is, “I’ll possably see you next time, unless I get a ricochet with Mr shorty airgun and it hits me in the chest, in which case my lungs’ll be aerosolized and used to power another airgun’s operating system.” Don’t worry Mat, we get you… we get you.

I'm lucky I also have a
.22 air rifle, and they are not in short supply.

I haven't seen a semi or belt fed PCP gun nearly as powerful as a high performance 22LR round in a normal ruger 10/22.
They work, but the energy is minimal, 500 fps or so on the 22 and 30 caliber pellets
And by work I mean they cycle. They aren't particularly deadly.

Acetylene in the air cylinder will get you more velocity and a little more power

Not too much respect though. I like how the lawmakers are oblivious to this kind of power

They had several. They were used to take decent sized game too.

I'm a bit curious about the compressed gas cost though as the main beauty of air rifles always was very cheap to use but, somehow I doubt these will be very cheap, that massive ammo too.
Most people who spend that amount of money on air guns also buy themselves compressors in order to refill their air tanks themselves.
Doesn't cost much, fire dep or scuba shop will fill your tank for about a tenner around here.
If you put a little oil or Vaseline on the back of the pellets the petroleum should detonate, known as "dieseling". It makes a .177 pellet go way faster, I wonder how much difference it makes with the bigger bores?
Matt need to try this
Is dieselling at this scale/power, wise I wonder? I'm sure the barrels etc are well proofed but detonation could be a bit lairy with something this big
@@restojon1 wise? Maybe not. But still interesting.
I’d love to see chronograph results on these airguns.
I've got some
I have the 32" and with the 1082 grain slug I get 850 fps on the first shot at about 4600psi
Whats the name of these rifles
@@jaysoncade5494 AEA Zeus
You should ask Kentucky Ballistics.
I tell you, the things I've shot with a 120psi air nozzle before... in the right chamber with correct jet settings for the released volumetric pressure, all kinds of crap you wouldn't expect went down range.
this guy guns
Try 250 bar that these run at.
Would love on some off your stuff especially like this, to see you shoot across a Chrono or radar system. Love to see the fps your getting out of those projectiles.
Here in Ireland, any Airgun above 1 joule is considered a firearm, and you need the same licence you would need for a shotgun. Pretty lame.
One joule? That sounds like Air Soft!
so you cant have 4 people simultaneously sneeze into a tube that propels a dart
Man, that is lame.
You people are to blame for letting them take your rights!
@@dragonhealer7588it’s less than air soft I had the same thought so I looked it up the produce like 1.5 Jules as the high end allowed at most fields
You have to be the best RUclipsr because your intros are just so good
Got a AEA HPMax with round about 237J of energy, with 3.57 Grizzly slugs. Shot through a door of an old car.
Airguns are serious weapons, these days.
Yeah man I want to buy one of thosr as well. What pump do you have? Did yours come with the joule unlock kit?
@@LuisC7 I use a compressor with quickfill valve. Pumping by hand is a serious workout :) But for a "Blackout scenario" everybody should keep a reliable pump.
I am in germany, so my was regulated. Every part to unlock is in the package. Takes 10 minutes. There is a video by Joerg Sprave from the slingshot channel with a tutorial and a lot of informations.
@@DomRampage yes I know I watch that channel every time, also just bought the new compound Adder with improved string. Haha. So awesome. The great thing about it is you can unlock it out of the box. How much did yours cost? Full setup. And what price was the compressor and hand pump?
@@LuisC7 Yeah nice! :) Got the AR6 Stinger 2 with 90lbs bow, too. LOVE that thing! :) The compound adder is a beast of a crossbow! Great taste.
@@LuisC7 Sorry, forgot the questions.
I've bought the full package with silencer, bipod, c clamp, ammo and handpump and paid round about 1.500€. A good compressor is at 300€, but you can buy cheaper out of china.
Ya know, I'm not as into the gun videos as I used to be, but I still come back to see your intros. Great work, as always.
Someone needs to make a lever action version
I think this is not possible because it needs a big enough air tank. A lever action mechanism would not leave much space for a tank, meaning the gun would be as powerful as an Airsoft lol
There are some revolver style action in the market , but only for 4.5mm i guess
There are some lever action air rifles, such as Umarex Legends Cowboy, but they're 4.5 mm/.177 caliber and aren't nearly as powerful as these rifles.
Hatsan vectis is a good one but 25 cal is biggest version. 40 ft lb is plenty for rabbits.
@@erlcoofr I think it depends really I don’t think he means a tube fed lever action but rather that a lever would be quicker and easier to manipulate than this latch style.
Love having an airgun with a moderator on it, and mine are just .22 cal (13xx/2240) with DonnyFL Tantos. One is "Megatron, the 1322" and the other is "Shockwave, the 2240.
@@TheEvilmooseofdoom I guess I would equate powder burn to how much of your air you're pumping into each shot?
You sound like a total baffon.
In Australia air guns are in fact considered firearms and you need a firearm license to own one and should treat it and store it like one
Well in merica black-powder.... propulsion devices, are not considered firearms anymore.
In Australia airsoft guns are also considered fire arms so yeah.
@@jungl3boy They're f***ed in the way that they exist outside of the realm of making sure those being sold are safe to shoot
I love that he calls it an Elk. Love your videos btw! Super cool!!
Just ordered a tank top! First time ordering from bunker branding, long time viewer! Keep up the great video entertainment! Also can’t wait to see ranchtang again on off the ranch!
Love the damage tests id be happy to see the damage to wood let alone ballistics gel great job matt
do gel block shots ,from full tank , then right on down to last shot,
That ping afterwards is the airtank doing its best tuning fork impersonation. My marauder did that. De-gas everything , take the air tank off and put a piece of silicon hose inside the same outside diaas the inside diameter of the tank. You may have to just cut a bigger piece to fit in there. Only need a 1 or 2 inch long piece to stop the ringing.
I love that the R&D for Air Guns has come this far, now we need something a bit faster with more capacity for home & self defense!!!!
I would just worry about damaging the seals by storing it with a full tank for long periods of time
@@Bacteriophagebs Check out the Hatsan Hercules.
@@capesquirt Never noticed that one. Nice performance, but pretty heavy. Definitely worth looking into, thanks!
@@Bacteriophagebs You also have the Hatsan Hercules Bully, same power but less air capacity and lighter.
I finally got myself a DR shirt! Love the video, those air guns are amazing. I’d lose my mind if I won one 🤞🏼
These air guns are so cool. It would be cool to try hunting with one. 👍 Matt.
Just search air gun hunting, you'll find them.
In europe anything above 20 😢 or 12 joules
These intros just get funnier and better!! 👍👍 I love my Texas state
I ate steak once in Amarillo. It was not the biggest or best.
(It is similar to the difference between steam and electromagnetic catapults in that regard.)
fun fact: the ship prefix the USN used for battleships was "BB" (the B from Battleship, doubled, just like DD with Destroyers). So really, there are 20cm and 16" BB guns :D
(for anyone oblivious to that double entendre there is that 'bb' also can mean 'ball bearing'.
Wow, that was amazing. I had no idea that they made air guns that powerful. Impressive!

Also as a Canadian these air guns could be a great loophole to for our self defense lawss because theyre not legally considered guns/firearms. They could likely be used for self defense since using conventional guns that use a primer/powder cartidge to fire the round to protect yourself or your loved ones is against the law in any context. You HAVE to wait for the police if a gun is needed to stop a violent crime.

At the end, Mat says that he’ll, “possably see you next time.”
You see ladies and gentleman, what he really means to say between the lines is, “I’ll possably see you next time, unless I get a ricochet with Mr shorty airgun and it hits me in the chest, in which case my lungs’ll be aerosolized and used to power another airgun’s operating system.”
Don’t worry Mat, we get you… we get you.

LoL ricochet? Slugs out of the Zues vs a steel plate become a pancake on impact.
Whenever he loads it it sounds like Terminator 2 when he's using the grenade launcher also because airguns are not classified as Firearms like he said you can put suppressors on them but not only that you can rig them up to be full auto mag-fed or belt fed
Lol, no one cares if you have a full auto pellet gun, all the full auto ones fire .22s at like 500 fps.
