It's even better this way because wearing just one scent every day will become boring really quickly. Also, your nose will become anosmic to it rather fast aswell, especially if it's a powerful scent.

Acqua di Gio EDT was my signature scent for 20 years before I got in to this „hobby“. Now I don’t wear the same fragrance more than 2 or 3 times in a month, because it would bore me, and I want to use all my fragrances 😄
After having kids I dropped out of any cologne game. Now that my kids are out of the house I went and tested all the popular colognes, the one that sold out instantly was Sauvage. It smelled so different than the others. After 8 months of it being my daily I went and tested the colognes again and Dior Homme 2020 was leagues above all the other ones, it’s rich, woody, patchouli mix was so eye opening and mature it is my signature scent now. But I do have a collection of colognes for most occasions now too, in a large part to Melissa’s recommendations and her sense of smell aligns with mine except for Iris I don’t like getting headaches.
I ended up buying a ton of samples and decants. Then I found my favorite scent which is unfortunately discontinued, so far I've stocked up on 3 100ml bottles, they are about $150 each so when I see a good deal on one I grab it.
My biggest compliment getter is Salvatore Ferragamo Uomo Signature, but I keep a large rotation depending on mood, season, weather, and occasion. I just can't do a signature scent.
Dior Homme edt (2020); Prada L'homme edt; Yves Saint Laurent Y edt. The last one lasts, for those who insist on "performance". All 3 are versatile, if you're a guy that wants comprehensive coverage of most situations... It'll be easier on your hip pocket too, until you graduate to being a full-blown fraghead with 30 - 50 different scents. 😁 Edit: YSL Y above should be edp, NOT edt. Sorry for the mistake!
Absolutely, to me it’s Dylan blue, it’s the patchouli note I just get drawn to over and over, and even thoe Profumo is a more blue fragrant with heavy patchouli it just dose not hit me like Dylan blue dose

I think a signature scent should simply be the fragrance that smells the best to yourself personally.
