Thank you, Nate ! You're a big inspiration, for younger folks, to get interested in those curious machines
Thanks! I'm just paying it forward you might say.

Nice 👏👏👏👏👏👏 Have a fantastic New Year.
Look forward to seeing what you get up to on here next year. 👍👍
Cheers! Thanks for sticking with me!
Thanks for posting that Nate! I always assumed the QRS 88 note roll would be the same arrangement as the DA 4 hands version, but it is quite different, with more swing. Happy New Year!
I'll have to check that one out. Cheers!
Happy New Year dear friend ❤🌸🌸🌸🌸💕
Greetings from your fridnd 🎉🎉

And to you!
Do rolls fall off often as at the end?
No, that was my mistake. I accidentally let go of the reroll button, causing the top spool to stop and allowing the bottom take up spool to freewheel. There's a brake that's supposed to prevent all this, but I had to disable the brake because it was inadvertently damaging old brittle rolls.
Fun playing, but too bad about this hiss. I first saw one of these at the original Musical Museum in London, in 1993, which has now moved to another building.
The extra noise is from the blowers. In a proper theater space the blowers would be in a separate room to isolate the sound. I don't have that luxury in my shop.
Nate, have you met Art Reblitz?
Hello. I have not.
@@nateoutsidethevacuum You really should! I’ve not met him myself, but have corresponded with him. A legend!
