    Felt light contractions on the afternoon, then I've delivered my baby by January 11, 2024 at 12:37AM thru normal delivery ❤️

    Just delivered my little princess: first contraction at 02:30 AM and the baby was out at 9:30. Solid 7 hours total labor with one push and the little princess was out. Thank you so so much.     I did these videos daily during third tri. Had a long labor but made it through all natural with no tearing! Midwife commented on my flexibility when we did positions to help get baby down into pelvis. Thanks to these videos!💕💕

    I was working out 5 days a week prior to my pregnancy and was very concerned on how I will modify my exercise to sustain my pregnancy, and I came across your channel.     I’m at 35 weeks and this exercise video is exactly what I needed!!! It really works and helps mitigate my aches. It’s not easy and more of intermediate level I’d say. If that’s kind of the exercise you’re looking for, you’re gonna love it as much as I do. ❤ Thanks Jessica for making this video.

      Btw I’m exercising this every day with no problem. I barely worked out in my first and the second trimester just for reference.

    I am 35 weeks pregnant, just started following 3rd trimester exercises .
    One of your session on pelvic strengthening exercises helped a lot to relieve pelvic pain and avoided taking pain relief meds. ❤

    did this one at 38 weeks on Monday evenning at 5pm and by 11 pm my water broke and recived my girl on Tuesday at 12pm.so helpful

    Wow, this was hard! I am 29 weeks old and have been doing your videosnpretty kuch every day since week 13, but this felt much harder than any videos for the 1st or 2nd trimester! I did enjoy it, though, and feel good after :)

    32w6d and struggling with intense sciatica. This routine has just instantly released my lower back pain like nothing else I have tried so far (and I have tried virtually everything!). Thank you so much, will keep returning to this, especially as the puppy is so adorable 😂

    My sciatica pain has reduced significantly! I tried physio but didnt work out. Ive always been doing yoga from pre pregnancy time but my trainer could take classes from my 2nd trimester n so resorted to ur videos. All I wanna say is, great job, pls keep going!!!!

    Finally did a yoga video at 32 weeks and omg I could not get my leg to raise up a centimeter. I had to skip the leg raising part but other than that I got through it. It’s the next day and I am so sore. Going to come back for another video tomorrow!!

    33 plus 5 today. Its been getting hard especially the weight on my pelvis but these exercises really help! Has helped since I started which was about 5 weeks ago and here and there. Going to start these regularly now because I feel so light and great after!

    Thank you. I love your videos, but I find this one very hard and sometimes impossible with my big belly at 36 weeks, specially the side leg lift . I was even angry with this feeling of pain in my legs and my hips :P

    In my third trimester and trying to do a yoga/pilates video each day, I, am definitely a beginner and found this one quite hard especially the section where you're on one knee (and having my leg raised wasn't something i could manage at all) do you think you could say if each video is like beginners intermediate or advanced? Thank you 😊

      Been doing yoga for years now and it was hard for me. I kept reminding myself, she is not really pregnant, don’t try to keep up! I’m at 39 weeks today with about 40 extra pounds so I’m just telling myself it’s the extra weight making it hard for me. That plus pregnancy fatigue😅😅😅

      I'm 38 weeks and have been super active all pregnancy and also couldn't do this section! I modified with small toe taps instead but on my one side even with that modification it actually flared up some hip tension/pain so I stopped.

    I could raise my leg up and down while on one knee, but struggled to keep a good balance rotating my hips with that raised leg. I had to hold on a bed or a chair to do that and felt the leg muscles quickly getting sore with the rotation move.

    Im 29 weeks and the pregnancy has been hard for me... every time i do these exercises i cry a lot, I guess some emotions are being released. I am also frustrated, i feel like my body doesnt belong to me at the moment at all, and i feel terrible most of the time

    Thank you Jessica! Quick question for you- When I did the side leg lifts (starting around 5:25) I noticed a lot of pain in my outer hip/upper outer thigh. I was able to just get through the taps but could only do the circles with my leg lifted halfway because my outer hip hurt so much. I've always been pretty in shape and have never experienced such a strong limitation like this! Any ideas on how I could resolve this/what's going on? I'm thinking that it might be hip pain from sleeping. Would love your thoughts! If it's helpful, I'm 33 weeks. Thank you again for these wonderful videos.

    31 weeks and I'm not sure that the knee hovers are safe, did this yesterday and today my lower abdomen feels strained and sore. I'm aware of not planking during late pregnancy as it can cause diastis recti, this move also didn't feel very supported. Just advice for anyone else out their who didn't feel good with these - respect your body. Your core is already working overtime holding baby, be kind to it.
