Did this at January 10AM Felt light contractions on the afternoon, then I've delivered my baby by January 11, 2024 at 12:37AM thru normal delivery ❤️ This video is 100/10 🥰
Just delivered my little princess: first contraction at 02:30 AM and the baby was out at 9:30. Solid 7 hours total labor with one push and the little princess was out. Thank you so so much. Internal rotation on fours💯💯💯💯👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾super power magic😊😊👌🏾👌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽Thank you so much. May you be blessed🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I did these videos daily during third tri. Had a long labor but made it through all natural with no tearing! Midwife commented on my flexibility when we did positions to help get baby down into pelvis. Thanks to these videos!💕💕
I was working out 5 days a week prior to my pregnancy and was very concerned on how I will modify my exercise to sustain my pregnancy, and I came across your channel. Continued with my 5 days a week workout with you: all the way from First trimester till last this week Friday, and now we have our little princess in our arms 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
I’m at 35 weeks and this exercise video is exactly what I needed!!! It really works and helps mitigate my aches. It’s not easy and more of intermediate level I’d say. If that’s kind of the exercise you’re looking for, you’re gonna love it as much as I do. ❤ Thanks Jessica for making this video.
I am 35 weeks pregnant, just started following 3rd trimester exercises . One of your session on pelvic strengthening exercises helped a lot to relieve pelvic pain and avoided taking pain relief meds. ❤
38 weeks and 5 days here 😊 Super grateful for these videos bc they’re helping me get through these last few days or so of pregnancy. This is my 2nd time around.
Currently 27 weeks 4 days and I started having sciatica pain a few days ago, found your video today, did it this morning and it’s minimIzed my sciatica pain! Thank you! My intention is to follow this video every day! 🙌🏽
28 weeks, 4 days and this video was a lifesaver! I’ve been doing your videos off and on throughout pregnancy but now that my hips get sore from just sleeping on my side, I’ll definitely need to incorporate these daily, thank you!
Just started my third trimester today, and even though I have been doing all the videos from trimester 1 and 2 I still found this one quite challenging which was great! 😀
Thank you for your videos! They are wonderful 🥰31 weeks pregnant. Few more weeks to go. I always feel better after I do one of your videos. My favorite part was the puppy. He is so adorable!
Twin pregnancy at 22 weeks here (feels already like my thrid trimester in previous singleton pregnancy) and this video helped me feel AMAZING... thank you so much and greetings from Germany!!!
I am in third trimester as well and I follow your videos for exercises and yoga. Although its just a video recording, i do want to say that it still feels like live. Your energy and the way you have created this video almost feels like you are doing with us. Really love doing. Thanks a lot for all your videos and advices. 😊
Seeing your comment I'm 31 weeks ,just started today😅😅😅my leg cnt move ,icant lift them,I had to skip that one also, hopefully this might help me,my entire body aches😢
Im 29w tomorrow and its getting so hard. Have been sticking woth your videos once a day since the beginning. Its been more difficult to do them daily since last week but I'll try keeping tje rythm. Thanks
Wow, this was hard! I am 29 weeks old and have been doing your videosnpretty kuch every day since week 13, but this felt much harder than any videos for the 1st or 2nd trimester! I did enjoy it, though, and feel good after :)
Thank you for this video! I am 38w and 3 days. It has been hard to find the motivation to move. I am very tired these days. But now that I am done I feel very proud of myself for doing it! Hoping baby will be here soon! 🤞🏼
Thank you so much for this!! I was feeling really down and anxious this morning and now I feel so much calmer and more positive! Those exercises really are amazing to refocus and release tension
32w6d and struggling with intense sciatica. This routine has just instantly released my lower back pain like nothing else I have tried so far (and I have tried virtually everything!). Thank you so much, will keep returning to this, especially as the puppy is so adorable 😂
Yeass!! These videos have been in sync with my pregnancy phases. I am 4 days away from my expected due date and have been loving these labour and delivery prep related videos!!! 🙏🏻♥️ i cannot wait to give this one a try !!
My sciatica pain has reduced significantly! I tried physio but didnt work out. Ive always been doing yoga from pre pregnancy time but my trainer could take classes from my 2nd trimester n so resorted to ur videos. All I wanna say is, great job, pls keep going!!!!
Amazing as always! Currently 31 weeks pregnant, expecting my second baby with another 12 months old at home. This session really helps to focus on our body and connect with our precious little baby 🤰🤰😊
Finally did a yoga video at 32 weeks and omg I could not get my leg to raise up a centimeter. I had to skip the leg raising part but other than that I got through it. It’s the next day and I am so sore. Going to come back for another video tomorrow!!
33 plus 5 today. Its been getting hard especially the weight on my pelvis but these exercises really help! Has helped since I started which was about 5 weeks ago and here and there. Going to start these regularly now because I feel so light and great after!
Thank you so much for sharing this workout! I am 36 weeks and have been feeling some pretty big emotions lately in anticipation of adding another baby to our family. This video really helped me to calm down and relax, plus it was a nice challenging workout, but still doable at my stage of pregnancy. 👌
Hi, thank you! I very much enjoyed this powerful session. I noticed that you're back to front actually means side to side. And it's quite shocking when you start talking after the savasana... Keep up the good work
Can someone please share what kind of dog this is?? It is SO ADORABLE and well tempered!!!! I would love to know. Besides that, thank you for these wonderful videos, supporting me now the second time through baby number 2:)))
Thank you so much for these videos. I'm 41 weeks and I've been doing your workouts thoughout the whole pregnancy. I feel that this is really helping me getting ready for giving birth and relax. I'm looking forward your postpartum exercises ☺
It’s my third day in a row doing yoga with your videos and I am feeling great and more and more confident for THE DAY. Also the puppy made my day! Could you please share if it’s lagotto romagnolo or something else?
Thanks so much Jessica! I’ve been loving your videos. Quick question for you: your dog is so adorable. Would you mind sharing what kind it is, and if you have any breeder details you can share that would be fantastic. Thank you again for all you do!
Thank you. I love your videos, but I find this one very hard and sometimes impossible with my big belly at 36 weeks, specially the side leg lift . I was even angry with this feeling of pain in my legs and my hips :P
Very nice! Entering my 3rd trimester tomorrow and these stretches get my hips open and feeling better! Me literally telling my husband to hurry and see the doggy
In my third trimester and trying to do a yoga/pilates video each day, I, am definitely a beginner and found this one quite hard especially the section where you're on one knee (and having my leg raised wasn't something i could manage at all) do you think you could say if each video is like beginners intermediate or advanced? Thank you 😊
That’s a great idea, Kerry! Many of my videos are not beginner level, but there are a few and I should really do a beginner series and/or sort them into a beginners playlist. Thank you so much for the feedback ❤️
Been doing yoga for years now and it was hard for me. I kept reminding myself, she is not really pregnant, don’t try to keep up! I’m at 39 weeks today with about 40 extra pounds so I’m just telling myself it’s the extra weight making it hard for me. That plus pregnancy fatigue😅😅😅
Thank you for that comment! I also found the section you mentioned pretty impossible and was feeling bad about myself - so happy to read it’s not just me ❤️ But also I just want to say I am so grateful for this channel and these videos - I have been doing them almost daily since the start of my second trimester and am now 33w5d 🙏🏻❤️
I'm 38 weeks and have been super active all pregnancy and also couldn't do this section! I modified with small toe taps instead but on my one side even with that modification it actually flared up some hip tension/pain so I stopped.
I could raise my leg up and down while on one knee, but struggled to keep a good balance rotating my hips with that raised leg. I had to hold on a bed or a chair to do that and felt the leg muscles quickly getting sore with the rotation move.
Im 29 weeks and the pregnancy has been hard for me... every time i do these exercises i cry a lot, I guess some emotions are being released. I am also frustrated, i feel like my body doesnt belong to me at the moment at all, and i feel terrible most of the time
Thank you Jessica! Quick question for you- When I did the side leg lifts (starting around 5:25) I noticed a lot of pain in my outer hip/upper outer thigh. I was able to just get through the taps but could only do the circles with my leg lifted halfway because my outer hip hurt so much. I've always been pretty in shape and have never experienced such a strong limitation like this! Any ideas on how I could resolve this/what's going on? I'm thinking that it might be hip pain from sleeping. Would love your thoughts! If it's helpful, I'm 33 weeks. Thank you again for these wonderful videos.
31 weeks and I'm not sure that the knee hovers are safe, did this yesterday and today my lower abdomen feels strained and sore. I'm aware of not planking during late pregnancy as it can cause diastis recti, this move also didn't feel very supported. Just advice for anyone else out their who didn't feel good with these - respect your body. Your core is already working overtime holding baby, be kind to it.
Thank you for this video, I enjoyed it so much! My back thanks you too! 😊 Also, I love your dog, he is so cute; when it came next to you I lost my focus for a bit! 😂

Just delivered my little princess: first contraction at 02:30 AM and the baby was out at 9:30. Solid 7 hours total labor with one push and the little princess was out. Thank you so so much. I was working out 5 days a week prior to my pregnancy and was very concerned on how I will modify my exercise to sustain my pregnancy, and I came across your channel. 35 weeks pregnant tomorrow and feeling pretty good! I taught yoga up until 34 weeks and even found this the right difficulty for a little challenge! ❤
Twin pregnancy at 22 weeks here (feels already like my thrid trimester in previous singleton pregnancy) and this video helped me feel AMAZING... thank you so much and greetings from Germany!!!

Seeing your comment I'm 31 weeks ,just started today😅😅😅my leg cnt move ,icant lift them,I had to skip that one also, hopefully this might help me,my entire body aches😢

LOVED this workout, thank you so much! Absolutely helped with aches in hips/glutes!!!!
So glad! Thank you, Ashton! 💞
37 weeks pregnant and getting back into working out and this was a great workout! Some difficult moves but felt great overall!
In my third trimester and trying to do a yoga/pilates video each day, I, am definitely a beginner and found this one quite hard especially the section where you're on one knee (and having my leg raised wasn't something i could manage at all) do you think you could say if each video is like beginners intermediate or advanced? That’s a great idea, Kerry! Many of my videos are not beginner level, but there are a few and I should really do a beginner series and/or sort them into a beginners playlist. Thank you so much for the feedback ❤️
Thank you for writing this because I just experienced the same thing and it left me feeling really deflated so I stopped the video.

I'm 38 weeks and have been super active all pregnancy and also couldn't do this section! I modified with small toe taps instead but on my one side even with that modification it actually flared up some hip tension/pain so I stopped.
I needed this burn! Thank you. 37 weeks!
You are sooo close! ✨✨
I could raise my leg up and down while on one knee, but struggled to keep a good balance rotating my hips with that raised leg. I had to hold on a bed or a chair to do that and felt the leg muscles quickly getting sore with the rotation move.
Your videos are so helpful, thank you so much
Your dog is beautiful. Which breed is it. Thank you for yoga videos during pregnancy.
He is a toy poodle with blue merle colouring! We are crazy about him💞
❤❤❤Great
i love your videos...preparing for no 3 after a first homebirth traumatic second birth(!)... aiming for a smooth one for this tired body!!! :)
Your pup is so cute! What kind and where can I get one?!
Please, answer what kind of exercises or yoga to do for the last 7-10 days? For easy delivery, for painless contractions!
There is no such thing as a painless contraction sorry 😅
Anyone else curious about the dog? So beautiful! What breed is it?
I am, haha. Maybe an aussiedoodle? Not sure, would love to know!
Thank you for the amazing gentle workout! Much needed for me🥰
So glad you enjoyed! Thank you, Anna 💞
Im 29 weeks and the pregnancy has been hard for me... every time i do these exercises i cry a lot, I guess some emotions are being released. I am also frustrated, i feel like my body doesnt belong to me at the moment at all, and i feel terrible most of the time
I am 38 weeks pregnant... Waiting for the contraction 😊
So exciting! You are going to do amazing 🙌💞
Thank you
Thank you Jessica!
This is a great video but is there any way to adjust some of this? Lightning crotch is real and half of the poses make it worse.
Thank you for this video, I enjoyed it so much! My back thanks you too! 😊
Also, I love your dog, he is so cute; when it came next to you I lost my focus for a bit! 😂
Thank you! He’s just over a year and as a puppy he couldn’t sit still to be in the video so this was one of my first attempts! 🤪
My inner tights and pelvic floor hurt so much during the warrior Pose. Any Tips?
7 month pregnant women can do these exercises??
