I worked at Madison Square Garden in New York in 1996. I saw them do Quadrophenia. John’s solo in 5:15 got a standing ovation. Billy Idol was there and a few others I can’t recall. I got to see all 4 shows. It was awesome!
The concert was VERY loud. They played for over 2 hours plus an encore. My roommate was an usher at the concert hall so I was able to run around and take pictures. I looked at them last night. Brought back some great memories. Keep posting those videos, man. I look forward to them. Cheers!
