    I want to know, is there a bus from cancun to Mexico city

      No I don’t believe there is a direct bus from Cancun to Mexico City. It is possible to get there by bus but it would take a long time and involve transfers.
      I highly recommend flying if that’s specifically where you want to go

    Taxis are the least expensive and most reliable option in Merida.

      Thanks. We never tried taxis although my cousin did take it from the airport. Uber didn’t have many reliability issues for us but I’ve heard about that from others. On the other hand, people (often female travelers) have expressed safety concerns with untracked taxis. I don’t know if it’s a legitimate concern and certainly taxis are worth a try imo.
