8 minutes of innuendos from the children's show Rocko's Modern Life. If you don't get a few; feel free to ask me or post a question, I'm sure someone knows as well as me. :)
Particularly the "cough, please" part, which is what doctors say when they're feeling your testicles for lumps ('cause, you know, cancer). The way he's holding Rocko's eyes at that point is practically shouting "Hi, yeah, these things are actually balls". And then, of course, there's the previous "doctor" who did the "cancer test" three times.
The funny thing about shows like this is that the only reason they no longer air is that censors think kids understand the innuendos. Some of them required even me to stop and think. No kid's gonna understand hidden meanings. Screw censorship, and long live Rocko!!!

Actually, the joke behind that is the very fact that there's a baby that resembles Heffer within the bunch of turtles and cats, which would suggest some kind of affair occurred.
Seems as though all of the good shows had inneuendos in them. For example, an episode Courage the Cowardly Dog (Hard Drive Courage) hinted that Courage watches pornography.
This was back when Nick was for, albeit inadvertantly, for adults as well as kids; full of wonderful innuendos and metaphors that made it such a great channel in the 90s. Today we have just all this castrated, tween-friendly crap like iCarly & Drake & Josh.
Rocko's modern life wasn't intended as only a kids show, but one which could be enjoyed by the parents, or independent young adults as well, similar to the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. That helps explain the innuendo. But still...it's pretty lolz.
Rocko was one of my most favorite cartoons of the 90's. It's amazing what another look a decade later can reveal. P.S.: I don't get the "Math Equations" part at 0:52

I think you misheard the one...the guy in the commercial part says "built this palatial mansion" not "fellatio". Unless there's some other joke in that part I'm missing?
Also, in the episode where Rocko and Heifer goes to the fair, the mary-go-round has animals with sexual terms, like a beaver(slang for vagina), rooster (cock), and a snake(trouser snake, slang for penis)
Most of those aren't even innuendos. Just blatant jokes. Some of them were innuendos though, and they were great. I liked the doctor stroking Rocko's eyeball.
I am gonna be fairly honest and tell the truth, I never EVER saw this show at all as a kid, dunno why, either we never had the channels or they didn't air in Ireland? o_O; OKay, I had seen I think like...one on RUclips, was okay...then...when I read that RML had hidden innuendos...I was like "Oh....that why it was canelled?" Only checked them out cos one of my friends is a huge fan and...wow...the stuff they got away with...sneaky =P
