The soybean powder is a nutrient-dense food that offers many health benefits that can contribute to the growth and development of children. Soyfoods can contribute several important nutrients to the diets of children such as protein, essential fatty acids, calcium, potassium, and folate.

Soya beans (8 milk cups)
Unripe plaintain 2
crayfish (2 milk cup)
cashew nut (as you want)
Almond nut (as you want)
groundnut (2 milk cup)

After washing it can I dry it my self without placing on the sun before taking it to where they will grand it.
Very interesting content for the sake of hygiene and to avoid wrong contents from local grinders . Try to get an electric grinder will avoid any contamination because you are making a baby meal need to be sensitive to contamination.

No, the plantain is not raw. I air fired it then roast it on fire.
If you have air fryer u can use an oven of thinly cut the plantains and put on the lead of a cooking pot

It is garri. You can use garri to fry groundnut instead of sand or salt

Groundnut peel contains fiber. It is optional, you can peel if you want. You don't have to fry date. Make sure it is dry.

I did mine today , it came out bitter and I don’t even like the smell , smell raw . I cooked the soy beans for 40minutes , dried and fried 😢

Simply wash the soybeans after picking, allow to air dry then fry till the back starts removing when you squeeze like groundnut
