Im 15 yr old, 6ft 1, and play volleyball, I felt like I have falling behind some of my teamates because my vert is only 21 inches, these videos have changed my game for the better. I am still on my journey to jump way higher than I could before. Your videos are straight forward and helpful. I know this will help me improve. Thank you so much for this.
Can you make a vid on some of your different mesocycles and a video on how you deload from these cycles. Also thanks for great advice been watching since 2023 Mag and increase my vert especially from your plyometric routine.
I feel like you didn’t mention one of the most important things about jumping and that’s technique, the proper way to jump. Maybe make a video on that?
I sighed up for the coaching but at the end where it said I sent my request I pressed send another request thinking that it was a second thing I could fill out but it was just the same thing. Just want to make sure you got the request and that I didn't accidentally delete it or something like that.
Love that there is one comment claiming:"42 inch vert at 14 yo, is that good" which is most likely a pathological liar. Even for vertical jump world record holder, getting to 40 inch vert still takes much dedicated training and you don't even know if that's good as if you haven't done any related research?
bro I'm 15, 5'9, with a 33 inch vert with no training at all. I can get a rim grazer off one and two with a lob. What do you think is a realistic ceiling for me?
Do you think anyone can reach 40 inches of vert if they work hard enough for it or is it partially genetics? 50in is most likely gonna be genetics imo but there's many people who can jump over 40in
Im nearing 40 today i start at 24 inch. Im basically a 5'4 male so by reaching 40 i could only touch rin 😥 bout 6 months in training vertical but already training for 1 year body building style
@@2veryethicalgenetics can take two forms, high starting point and high sensitivity to training. Most people athletic enough to be interested in jumping 40 inches can probably jump 40 over years of training, but saying anyone is capable of jumping 40 is categorically false
Peoples like him and isaiah overcomplicate thing to make content and money when in reality u just need to focus on those things power explosivity mobility and technique if u feel more weak in an area than in another one just do it more than the others u should be fine without any types of coaching if u smart enough
You can simplify anything by bringing it to broader terms. How exactly do you plan on "focusing on power, explosiveness, mobility, and technique"? How do you work on imbalances while still making sure that your baseline levels in all qualities keep increasing too? It's not as simple as you make it out to be. Your ignorance is preventing you from learning about things that you may not fully understand. People like me and Isaiah have been doing this stuff far before we were getting money or exposure. We just enjoy what we do and enjoy teaching others as much as we know

@@GoulaLegamer Hey man, it's great that ur able to track ur progress and identify what's got positive and negative impacts on ur training so easily like that by urself. The reality is that most people simply can't or don't wanna do these things by themselves. There is obviously demand for these vertical jump training RUclipsrs so these guys exist.
Disagree, I dont think injuries are part of it, probably a result of bad form and not knowing your limits (which isnt "pushing yourself to your limit", is stupidly surpassing your well known limit). You can do it with no injuries if you do it right. If you cant land...focus on that before trying to progress or guess what you will get hurt...
I really like this video. The reality of training to be elite isn’t talked about enough!
can you make a video on how to periodize training cycles?
Everyone is different if you want the best results you should try thp like he did that gives you personal plans
YES PLEASE A GENERAL IDEA AND QUES TO LOOK FOR DURING PERIODIZATION
.
Youre better off paying for Someone else to periodization Is the most complex part of it all You can't just cover it in 10 minutes

is half an inch a month something realistic when your a beginner and doing half squats and jump sessions
What is your standing reach?
Riq I submitted to your program please help me.

Well he said in the video he started out at a 25 in vertical. If you are around that range 40+ inches is def possible.
I do think so yes

How much is your coaching or is it free ?
Like 300 a month
Do you drink protein and creatine?
Yup
is a 42 inch vert at 14 good? My max touch is 340cm or 11 ft 2inches. i can practically eastbay just not consistently
Yes of course man💀
That is the craziest thing ive ever heard. 75% of all NBA players have less than a 40 inch vert.
