For sure. I'm just getting back to posting atm but I do have it on my to do list. I would expect it to drop within the next 3 videos I release. Appreciate you
this is a great vid im tryna get my hips and hip flexors right for my penultimate step i didnt know it limited me till i actually did a recorded assesment. you got any tips for training theese at home?
im 6'2 1/2 with a 8'2 standing reach. how high would i have to jump to dunk on a 10' hoop because I can dunk at my YMCA but i measured the hoop and it was slightly under 10'
But bro if u tryna reach 45 shouldn't that just take like 5 months for you.. I mean cuz if u just manage to increase 1 inch every month u good hey😂😅?? Been a very curious Question really
I know it sounds nice but it doesn’t work like that lol. There’s something called the law of diminishing returns - it’s an economic term but it applies to anything you do. As you get better at it, that same amount of effort gives you smaller returns. Basically I can’t average 1 inch increase every month, it’s too much 💀
@@JiggyHills well yea plyometrics does get easy but as long as you lifting heavy.. and also u gained weight so vert decrease but you know calisthenics can help with that.. sunce calisthenics is the mastery of ones own body weight, it don't matter whether u big or fat, as long as you can master your own body weight.. so u can master ur 100 pushups and single leg squats and your body gon' feel a whole lot lighter😁❤

Probably a solid 34 inch vertical considering the ball is 6 inches as well
