Have you ever had any issues with crepitus, knee grinding, or patellar tracking? Ive been training for like 6 months and I have no knee pain but my knees keep making strange noises and when I keep my hand on my knee as I bend it it feels like somrthings grindIng and stuff in it is moving too much. Been doing isometrics but it hasnt really affected it. Its starting to concern me so if you have any advice Id appreciate it.
