Thank you, Isaiah, for this kind of videos❤ You know, it feels like a self-recording mobile phone recording you expect to rewatch at home especially if you get a PR😂 The set, the fact that you're currently training alone is really familiar to me, because there are terrabytes of such things in my gallery. And whatching it from a different person on a popular youtube channel makes me feel happy and beats my lonelyness😊
I’m sorry but I’m so curious on your opinion on fascia training and kadour ziani? What part of his philosophy is the most critical in his dunking journey? I love the constant content and thank you isiah if you’re reading this ❤.
can someone explain why he just did 20 sets of power cleans? and what type of workout is this in particular? is this a power workout or strength workout? or a mix of both. Would love to receive ur answers
Max strength and volume accumulation phase. Check the THP account video posted the other day that goes about 30mins they explain this phase and the purpose of this training in particular
idk if you are replying to comments, but what kind of basketball shoes are you using for max jumping? or what are the important charecteristic in jumping shoes? is it minimal cushioning for minimal force lost or the oposit?
People need to peak for sport, so its not feasible, not to mention that would lead to long periods of the same thing which may lead to injury, fatigue, depression. In a perfect world it might though
Mainly the soleous which is part of the calf but it is lower down and next to the achilies tendon, it transfers a lot to jumping strength and a little but of hypertrophy
I haven't watched in a minute but damn bro when did you turn into a body builder 😂 ok time for me to lock in you might bench more than me now 😂 jk good work brother
If he uses his knee caps as a strong point of stability , the knee caps they start to stick more to the bones, which reduces flow of the synuvial fluid of the knee, which also reduces mobility of the knee, which may grow into pain surgery, knee replacement surgery. So he should be more cautious, the exercises he demonstrates because some of these junior coaches for example implement these exercises, give to the kids workouts , same time these parents invest millions of dollars, these kids to become Grand Athletes, one injury of this type, too often the career is over. Similar warm up exercise they make in Soccer, put knee caps on the Ground for Warm Up , then start run with reduced mobility, which too often leads to unwanted inflammation, pain, surgery and an Athletes career is over, because of wrong pre warm up routine. Stay Safe !

Just curious, can you do a full nordic rep?
does it work for one leg jumpers as well? and does it fatigue a lot? i mean for during the season apart from the basketball training to be 100% right

Insane workout! Impressive! How much would all the equipment cost roughly. Thanks
You’re awesome bro , what leads to your knee problems .. is it the heavy lifting ? Or past the injury’s
I did a cycle where I jumped 3-4 times per week at the beginning of the summer (normally I jump once per week). Was not a good idea lol
@@IsaiahRivera1 That was 3-4 times your normal volume. Talk about impulse 🤣
I YEARN for a dunk session
You hit these same workouts everyday or do you still incorporate other workouts?
does this also help with speed?

how do you not hurt your back from doing this much wow?
Isaiah I have a question do you think that if you trained to peak once every 4 years instead of once a year would you gain more or less vertical
People need to peak for sport, so its not feasible, not to mention that would lead to long periods of the same thing which may lead to injury, fatigue, depression. In a perfect world it might though
On a big jump day, only jumping, how many jumps per session? In other words how many are too many?
So it’s safe to do this every day?
But jumping days kept to like 1/wk?
My knee pops in every squat i do. How can i cure this?
does seated calf raises includes hypertrophy for calf
Mainly the soleous which is part of the calf but it is lower down and next to the achilies tendon, it transfers a lot to jumping strength and a little but of hypertrophy
I haven't watched in a minute but damn bro when did you turn into a body builder 😂 ok time for me to lock in you might bench more than me now 😂 jk good work brother
Isn’t seated calf raises better to go as slow as possible down when I reached the top?
Depends on goals and time
...I need to train harder
would u jump higher and recover faster if u took PEDs
You moved Isiah??
Are you fast also like at 40 yards.
