The MT2C pro shows a lot of thought in the design. The lack of an external type c port is a plus in my book because there's no place for water to get inside or plug to lose. The EDC25 is too big for my EDC but nice otherwise. Both are priced well.

Just be aware that the flat style nitecores are absolutely not waterproof at all!!!! my edc 25 completely freaked out(firing turbo, mode, ect ect ect) after using it in the washbay at work pressure washing equipment.
