      @@georgieb3612 She has literally responded to anything I’ve ever commented on BUT THAT and I’ve asked her 3-4 times. I’m not trying to be mean, but that chair could really help me with the physical situation I’m in. Just weird she won’t answer. Looks like a Target patio chair haha.

    Thanks so much! My resistance bands will now have more to do, not much help with instructuons from some packages, when we need to focus on certain body parts to excercise them 💪🦵...im not particular fan of machines and heavy weights but I do like the resistance bands 🎉❤

    Thank you so much for these great exercises that you provide us with. They are so helpful. Could you please give me some exercises for lower back pain. I can't walk more than a few feet before the pain starts. It has impacted my life so negatively. ❤❤❤

    I can hardly lifyt my. Legs back, broke my ankle a few month's back, everything is tight , will be doing this daily

    Can I do these even if I have bilateral trochanteric pain syndrome, hip bursitis, bilateral ischiofemoral impingement, a degenerative meniscus tear in my right knee and Fibromyalgia? I also have hamstring origin attachment tendinosis and it seems as if these exercises would make my conditions worse instead of relieving my tight hamstrings? I also have osteoarthritis in all my joints and lumbar and spinal stenosis. My biokineticist and I do a lot of exercises while I'm seated on a chair, but we've never done these. We focus on strengthening my glutes and all the muscles surrounding my hips, knees, ankle and feet and my core for lower body exercises.

    Please tell me what is your leg workout routine? You don’t have that bulking looking quad. And you can actually see the different muscles contract.
    Your legs are the goal hands down!!!

    My ankles get extremely tight when I walk. The outsides ache because they get so tight. I assume I need to stretch them more which I’ve started doing. I’d like to walk more but two miles is about all I can take because they get so tight

    So I do have tight hamstrings but when I go to do these exercises they want to cramp/charlie up. I do take magnesium, every day. Thoughts?

      Muscular weakness can be one of the causes of cramping, especially in the hamstrings. There are many different ways to strengthen the hamstrings and these are just suggestions.
