New Ball Joint from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASB...
This video shows you how to install new, quality TRQ ball joints on your 2003-2007 Honda Accord. Car and truck suspensions combine a number of moving parts for safe and stable handling. The ball joint is the crucial moving component that ties those parts together. The ball-in-socket joint can wear out and loosen over time. Or, the rubber protective boot can tear, allowing contaminants to seize the joint. Bad ball joints are a common failure point on vehicle inspections because they lead to unsafe driving conditions. Fortunately, they are relatively easy to replace with the right know-how.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    2003 Honda Accord
    2004 Honda Accord
    2005 Honda Accord
    2006 Honda Accord
    2007 Honda Accord

Great video! You left out the part where he puts the retaining ring back into the knuckle.

While replacing one of the front lower ball joints on my 2007 Honda Accord, I used a ball joint separator instead of a pickle fork. As I tightened down the ball joint separator with a hand ratchet, it shot out to the side (with all that built up energy from being tightened down) and hit my gloved thumb and almost broke it. I can see now a pickle fork is much safer!

Any recommendations for getting the axle back in place with grease fittings on the ball joint? The ball joints I purchased came with grease fittings

That lower ball joint look like it's the wrong size. There's a few options on ball joints when it comes to Hondas.
