Can you do a whole skin fade using more of the raking/picking technique or how you would cut someone hair in the shop normally? That technique interests me the most looks like it saves a lot of time bieng able to skip a lot of guards like the half and 1.5.
Hello, 1st I would like to say you are a Mater at your profession. Thank you for dropping jewels on RUclips.! I am a barber and enjoy watching and learning new and different methods. Any tutorials on enhancements and how do you feel about them? Spray vs Fibers? Also tutorials on linings and straight hair clients?
Man I’ve watched hundred and hundred of barber videos probably in the last ten years and I learned more in just this one video your awesome I love your depth of knowledge and detail.
Larry.. As a barber since I was 15yrs old, I Appreciate you, your techniques and your teaching methods.. From the old school way of cutting hair to the choice of the cord vs the battery clippers ( no knock to anything or anyone ) to you putting fun conversation while still maintaining professionalism.. Respect.. ✌️😁... BLESSINGS
Taught from a true Chicago Legend! I’m 15 years in and still learning. I use blades to blend nothing comes close. My clients say my haircuts last easily two weeks. Thanks for still teaching and dropping gems.
Larry has been in business for 30 years. He is very big on “posture”. Being on time, being respectful, willing to learn, and many more valuable skills to this industry. Thank you for watching.
The techniques and points of view he's speaking on is how I learned to cut hair. I too started at a young age at home cutting friends and family along with college roommates before I eventually ended up at barber school. I can tell you with great certainty that if I'd been taught by Larro in my beginning stages, my skill level would've been way more polished for as long as I've been cutting hair much sooner guaranteed. For those learning the barber game please know this man is giving you a $50,000 worth of game knowledge no BS.
i typically fade the alopecia area first and that determines the rest of my fade or allows me to fade the rest of the head more free as opposed to fading the rest of the area and trying to blend that area in to the rest of the fade.
How long has the Oster Classic 76 been around? I remember my barber using it to cut my hair as a kid in the 80s and I always thought the clipper sounded like a hand-held vacuum cleaner. Even when I get my license I'm going to have the 76 in my arsenal.
I'm digging the technique. I've had some success cutting hair in the past. Recently thought about cutting my own hair again. This is a good tutorial. Would you show how to cut a fade or taper on a guy with a short afro?
Watching these videos made me really interested in barbering I’m a musician and can relate this to music ! Ur cuts fire bro but to me being a barber u gotta be a good business man . How can I work on rhay

What are hair fibers? Hair fibers are lightweight, teeny-tiny fibers made of keratin protein-the same keratin found in your strands-that can be applied to your hair and scalp to mask the appearance of thinning hair or bald spots.
When she said the clippers were biting the skin folded a bit because her skin was tight as you were using liners, if that same thing wouldve happened while you were using a razor she wouldve been bleeding
I just came across your channel, and it’s nice that you use the terminology as you make your cuts, you make it a lot easier to understand the cause and effect. There are so many tutorials on RUclips but they don’t help you break down why, when preparing for a test.
Rarely u find abarber cut hair in detachable blades, this barber have the knowledge and technique, really high experienced level, I’m learning from you, Just I can’t stand a woman with men hair cut,
Hi! What are some tutorials you all are interested in seeing?! Once a month these will drop!

True art! That bald fade is a masterpiece. You know it's official when the client is okay with the barber denying access to a mirror 💯💪🏾
