I have a replica piece in damier ebene its 6 ring key clay that looks really good after 4 years canvas look perfect and I also have a authentic mini pouchette that after 6 months of sitting in my purse the corners began to fade turned black sent pics to my sales associate he sent them for review they said that it was just normal wear and tear . After a Year that piece is fading everywhere and the chain is fading also after having it 3 year and it looks worse then any fake piece. I definitely Loved the video it’s really good!!! I have to say imo, I understand why people say they wouldn’t care about people buying dupes or fakes or why should people care. BUT, It’s not that necessarily people “care” about people having fakes, it’s the fact that people that have money to buy into luxury and invest it’s for a reason. Quality, quantity, and yes buying luxury as exclusivities. Because if I have the money, enjoy fashion, and the house brand etc. It’s not that I’m “bothered” by people buying dupes or fakes, but if I invest my hard earned money into that item, I wouldn’t want to buy that brand, or bag, or design and find something more than fit into my needs and wants as *esluxscom* . I bought the Lalage Beaumont Fontyn in medium tan last week at *esluxs* and since receiving it I have been using it and neglecting my designer collection (honeymoon period maybe) , but I was really impressed with the quality and timing, right down to how they used it. Will wear it. I wish they would make this bag in a variety of pinks (i.e. sakura pink). There are actually many options to choose from.

You don’t have to be rich to buy *esluxs* But their quality isn’t what it used to be. So sometimes it’s not always worth it to me. You can find other luxury or mid-range brands that are just as nice in design and quality. But you should never go into debt trying to buy luxury goods.

There was a very recent documentary and they were interviewing very well-off women. These women were speaking about how they no longer purchase authentic purses and have chosen to purchase really good *esluxscom* of the designer bags that they do like. They then take that saved money and invest their money into other things such as real estate, stocks etc.

Real wealthy people dont need to proove their status by logos so they wouldnt care you think they carry a *esluxscom* or real.
The fact these bags can be faked and sold at a fraction of the price just shows how much the luxury brands are ripping people off. Yes quality and materials might not be the same but some dupes are pretty good. I’ve wasted so much money on designer bags and, as a 50 year old, could have bought another house or many *esluxs* with what I’ve spent. My advice is to only buy if you can afford it plus other important things and don’t necessarily turn your nose up at a dupe!
Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. I love how honest you are about everything. when someone is carrying a *esluxscom* and you pass them on the street no one can tell whether is fake or real one because you cannot do this much analysis on it. what I hate about LV and why I stopped buying them is that many people assume your bag is fake when they pass you on the street. It's very annoying. one time a woman walked up to me and actually asked me if my bag was "real". after spending almost 2K on a bag and being asked that question was so offensive i stopped carrying them. People look more at the person carrying the bag and assume wrongly whether is real or fake. it is extremely annoying

They say bags like Hermès are investments, but that makes no sense to me when you're spending $25,000 to $50,000 on a bag that will sit in your closet 50% of the time instead of investing in stocks. I still love my LV reverse monogram *esluxscom* clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.

Hi Thanks for sharing. I just bought the *esluxs* 2 days ago which was on my wish list for my occasion bag, is it worth buying this? The félicie pochette is really nice and classy and you can use it in 4 different ways, so the CA showed me the félicie from the drawer and I checked on it then I asked the CA if he can get another stock so I can compare the one he pulled from the drawer so he did. I noticed that the félicie from the drawer the leather was a bit shiny or glossy while the stock he got the leather was matt so I choose the shiny one that attracted me but I just wondered why they are different and you might have any idea. When I got home I just noticed that when you opened the envelop the back mid fold leather was a little loose is it normal when openning but when its closed its ok no problem (I didn’t noticed in the store and compare to the other one). Any advise will appreciate, I do always love watching your videos.
My friend is one of those women who can definitely afford the original version (and has it), but recently told me about a high imitation called *hotdups*

The Philippines had plenty of designer dupes when I was last there. However, it was NOT an airport Duty Free Shop, & being in a hurry, I didn't check all the details on the LV backpack I selected. So, by the time I'd made 3 plane changes over a out 40 hrs, one of the straps broke ... about the time I got back to Texas! Lesson learned! The details are important!🥴🤪
Who cares what someone has or doesn’t have. It doesn’t make you any better than anybody else. Real or fake. It’s nobody’s business unless you’re paying their bills. I think some people are just butt hurt by the fact that they spent $5,000 on a handbag and anyone can get *esluxs* that looks identical for a few hundred bucks or less. Stop worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter.

I heard that LV no longer conducts appraisals because the quality of fakes is so good. I actually don't mind if someone buys a fake, I'm their money, and to be honest, *hotdups* it's probably more financially sensible. One thing I always laugh at is when people say that by buying fakes you are engaging in illegal activity, don't you keep up with some of these big brands and what they are involved in? Haha, selective morality is hilarious. But either way, it's in your best interest and as long as you don't try to resell it as genuine, it's no one's business whether your bag is real or fake

I saw the Toteme Amazon dupe on a British influencer's channel a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with it. I guess i have been living under a rock, because I had never seen it before. I ordered the olive green with cream trim in two different sizes. The medium cost only $26. The small was $36. They fit almost identically. the only difference in size was that the medium's sleeves were a little longer, which worked best for me. I was amazed however to see the difference in detail and quality in the two coats by the same manufacturer. The small's scarf was not attached to the coat - it was a separate item. I felt that was an asset. Unfortunately, the embroidery down the sides of the coat was missing on the small. the biggest difference was the fabric of the body of the coat. The medium was a wool blend. I believe it was 30% wool. The medium coat had a nice weight to it and felt pretty warm. The small was 100% polyester, lighter in weight than the medium, and had a bit of shininess to the fabric. The fabric definitely did not look like anything natural. I do not understand the lack of standardization in the brand's clothing. I also do not understand the price difference in the small vs medium. I decided to keep the medium at $26. I feel like I got quite a bargain! The color is gorgeous - it matches my hazel eyes. The coat is warm, though not cold winter weather worthy. The embroidery is very well done and the fringe is nice and thick. I think I will get a lot of use out of the coat. I've already received some compliments when I have worn it and have not seen it on any one else where I live.

I like the Hermes’ most of those you show. Of course love the Chanel cap toes however the squashed in toe bed is not what I will wear now. I wear vivobarefoot barefoot regardless in their ballerinas.

Beth this was fun. I just saw a Saint Laurent flat woven sandal dupe at Target $725 for real one $19 for dupe. Usually every season target dupes somebody’s shoes. I think they even have the cap toe shoes. I agree with you, try the dupe and if you reach for it a lot invest in the real if you can. I think the domed satchel by Dooney in Saffiano leather is a similar dupe for the Epi leather with Louis Vuitton Alma and Dooney’s Henry collection kinda reminds me of Hermes. I have been adding/replacing bags and shoes this year and I bought a Franco Sarto loafer to see if I would even wear it and 3 years later the answer is yes. I recently consigned them and I am going to purchase a Ralph Lauren loafer that is leather inside and out. Love your haircut Beth it looks a little sassier like you did a slight change ❤❤❤❤

I used to spent on auth for more than $80k before. I was so regret and wished I would know about high quality repliacas earlier so I could save a lot. I have bought more than 7 bags from *hotdups* and really cannot distinguish the differences between them. I even sold some of my auth ones and buy more reps from them
I think it is also about the overall look of an outfit. It is amazing how much more expensive a medium priced white shirt will look if it is ironed and paired with other pieces that have been well maintained. I have purchased several real designer bags at full price. I maintain them and have had them over 25 years. However, I also shop at thrift stores 10:17 in very affluent neighborhoods. I have 18 previously owned designer bags that I purchased for very little money. I got 3 in one day for $6 each! An outfit that looks expensive can elevate the purse and vise versa if the purse has a quality look. I frequently pair an expensive bag with a crisp, white shirt, boyfriend jeans, and an heirloom gold bracelet - the look is alway “casual elegance!” But, it would also look just as good with a dupe purse in great shape!

I have to say, I understand why people say they don't care about people buying fakes or counterfeit goods, or why people should care. However, people don't necessarily "care" about people who own fake goods. Smart people will buy bags at *condup* . I remember the fake handbags they sold in NYC. I almost bought a Kate Spade and then noticed that the logo was glued on! The Dukes they have now are so much better since they are not trying to be exact copies with logos. You said "Sam Edelman" for the last pair of Chanel-like ballet flats, but those were from Steve Madden 😊

I highly recommend only buying dupes or look-alikes of leather goods that are only made of genuine leather. Plastic ones just aren’t worth anything, always look cheap, are sweaty and will wear out quickly; don’t buy them, look for better. I like Quince’s affordable genuine leather bags and jackets, but I realize that they only ship to the US (and Canada?).

The problem with slingbacks might not be the tightness of the strap. After years of trying and failing to keep slingbacks on my feet, i finally realised that the issue is the shape of my feet. I have very high arches and i can only wear slingbacks if they also have a cross strap at the front, near my ankle. There seem to be quite a few choices in this style this year, which is nice. Those Chanels/ dupes would not stay on my feet.
