Hi Beth, it’s so nice to watch a women my age apply makeup. Most of the women on you tube are very young and honestly they really cannot know about mature skin. Thank you Beth for the video.
Im 63, and I TRULY enjoyed watching you, being closer to my age apply makeup, validating the issues we have with our mature skin. Although I do appreciate the younger beauty influencers and their videos, watching someone around my age, with common aging issues applying makeup is far more relateable! Thank you so very much for making this video. I TRULY enjoyed it and appreciate you! Please make more of these! Thanks again! ❤👍🙏💐
You’re so gorgeous that you don’t even need makeup! But, your easy to follow tutorial is great to follow. I need to incorporate a soft eyeliner like you use. It definitely makes your eyes pop. The reminder to blend is one I need to follow more. Thanks, Beth!
I am always on the hunt for quality makeup. With so many to chose from I appreciate you Beth for narrowing the options for another gal same age with lovely gray hair.
Thank you SO much. I bought so much skincare and makeup over the last 20+ years and I am so pleased to have come across your video video. I just turned 70. I’m about to purchase OGEE discovery kit for my face. And I have written everything down that you use and I’m going to follow your video step-by-step. I appreciate you doing this and I hope when I finish, I come out looking as beautiful as you. Thank you
I just found your video and really enjoyed it. I love watching and learning makeup videos for mature women who love wearing makeup & looking their best. you look wonderful!
Love your easy makeup look! Love the fact I came across your video and finally finding someone who understands makeup for us older women and how to feel, look and create beauty!
Hi Beth, I enjoyed watching you apply all your makeup. It’s nice watching someone with mature skin, most of the women on you tube are so young and they really don’t know about mature skin.
What a fun video! I was pleased to see you using the Laura Geller Spackle. I’ve been using it for a while, it’s the best primer on the market IMO and it doesn’t get enough love! ❤
Love it! Very pretty! They're certainly worth the splurge. The lipstick and gloss are great color on you! Maybe a "dupes" version for those of us on a budget.
I am 68 yrs old and have been using Mary Kay Cosm since I was 18 going thru cosmetology school. Loved this video and your look. I actually went and got my hair cut like yours. Love it.
Thank you, Beth, for showing how to do makeup in a clear, simple way. One question: why don't you put mascara on your lower lashes? Is it due to principle or preference. You're gorgeous!
Hi Beth, this is the first time your channel has popped up on my page, so glad I clicked on it. I have been playing Junes Journey for almost 5 yrs! Past 6-8 months, have been having so much trouble playing it, took my phone in and was told it’s the game, not my phone, but Wooga will not do anything. And several others have the same issues. Anywho, you look so fresh and classy. Very pretty look. Thank you
Love that Armani foundation, it always looks great. I’ve been going back the UD lash primer for years too, live in fear that they might d/c it. And the Pillow Talk liner…another great one.
Best about this?? Under 15 minutes!! I don't have 1-2 hours for make up application in the morning. I'm up and out the door by 5:00am and really don't want to get up at 3:00 for make up. Thank you!!!!! Going to seek out the primer.
Wonderful tutorial. Per your suggestion I just bought the Laura Mercier tinted foundation. I really like it and I think I have some Armani in the drawer. I'm going to compare the two. I'm very jealous that you don't have "hooded" eyes. I'm 60 and after losing a LOT of weight last year, I've noticed that my eyes are much more hooded than they were. My wrinkles are more noticeable too. I'm going to buy several of the products that you've used in the video! Thanks for sharing!!!
Wonderful fresh look! I love the Armani foundation but my favorite is Charlotte Tilbury and their setting spray is absolutely the best. Thank you for your content.
Thank you, Beth. I really enjoyed that demonstration; I am 69 years old and I need an update every so often. I do apply my make up in very a similar way. I will have to try the Pat Mcgrath and Pixi products. I have recently discovered a cream blush by Elf and their, I think, Halo contour wand (and wand blush). I was a bit skeptical at first but, they have been working for me so far. I also do my eyes in similar colors to you; I use a Tarte eye shadow palette that looks very similar. I only use primer for my lashes at night because my lashes are still long, so it looks overdone for daytime make up. I like the Benefit primer during the day and a Clarin's Instant Smooth at night. I am thinking about not putting on concealer during the day and sometimes I won't, it seems a bit much and it can crease. Sometimes at night I will put an eye corrector underneath and I have been going without powder lately or maybe just a touch near the sides of my nose and that is all. Recently I was watching a makeup Influencer who said putting the lighter eye shade all over your lid first thing was the old fashion way of doing things. But I am really not sure why she said that, maybe it washes out the colors you put on after? But that is OK with me, I do not want too much color during the day anyway, so I still do that.
I am also 65 and I tried your suggestions. My problem is if I try to use a moisturizer, a face primer, color correcting before the foundation I feel like it's just goop sitting on my face and I can not get a flawless look. (And I'm very lightly applying these products.) If it's humid outside I sweat profusely on my brow, hair line and upper lip, it literally have sweat running down my face like I'm weeding the garden in a hot day, and it takes my makeup off. Eye shadow makes my eyes water excessively so I switched to eye pencils. I have very pronounced bags under my eyes. I have NEVER been able to hide them with makeup. I do not know how to hide them no matter what I do. I have spent so much money on products that just slide off my face. It's heartbreaking.
Loved it! Thank you for sharing these tips with us . I loved that you didn't take a long time to do your make up routine and still looked so beautiful!
Very pretty and neutral first time that I hear about Pat MGraoth products, it looks very nice on you. I would like for you to do a video of what kind of skin care you are using now. thank you for making all of these wonderful videos.
Gosh it looks so effortless, I wish I could achieve such a lovely look, this is the first time I have come across your channel def not the last, you look stunning, thank you from Sue (UK)
You look beautiful, Beth! Thanks for sharing! I’ve been a fan of Benefit’s eyebrow products for quite awhile. Just recently started to regularly use primer - I think I’ll be checking out a few of these selections….
Thank you, Beth! I am 65, subscribe to your weekly emails, and am a Junes Journey player! JJ is a great game and we have wonderful ladies and guys on our team : ) Thanks for your tips and great sense of style! Keep the vids coming😊
Nice! I am 65 and I love makeup. I like Beauty Pie's Uber Volume Mascara. I bought their tubing mascara as it is highly rated, but I haven't tried it yet. I don't like having more than 2 mascaras open at a time.
Love the make-up application. I do something very similar…might try the eyelash primer…my eyelashes are sooo thin anymore. Have to say…your blue eyes are stunning!!❤
Hello Beth, your advice, as usual is fabulous and I have to tell you your recommendation of the MAC paint Pots has changes my eye makeup routine. The pigment is sooo great, it covers the terrible botched tattoo of my brows. Amazing! Thank you, from this Aussie fan 🇦🇺🤩
Ur routine really does work. My daughter (42) let me know about brow enhancement so I go once a year to Inkredible Touch permanent makeup and my brows have been transformed
Evan was so on point! I've been married 37 years and my husband is a very good 'compliment' to me. We are different but the puzzle pieces fit nicely! Where we are very much the same is in our outlook on life, finances and commitment to one another.
Beautiful makeup tutorial. I love ❤️ how you do your makeup. You're such a beautiful elegant lady. And like to watch your dressing ideas . You dress simple but elegant very beautifully done all the time . Thank you !
Loved it, since I don’t like to wear a heavy make up either and I also love mystery, who dunnit movies. I already have the app and thanks for choosing a nice and soft background music.
I’m 72, grey hair, sparse grey brows. I’ve just discovered your channel, great tips! Your skin & makeup application is gorgeous. I prefer a natural, light-handed look. I haven’t blended eyeshadows. I will now! Thanks! Georgia
Thank you Beth I'm 66 and need to find a foundation for my mature skin. Ther was a time I would never leave the house without make up. I rarely wear it anymore. I will give this a try.
Very good look! In my profession people do not wear all that much makeup but I have fun with it anyway! I liked the eyelash technique and the lip liner tip. I just have never found a lip liner that does not dry out though so I’ve never tried it more than once with each time I buy a new one!
Nicely done video, Beth. I 've been a subscriber for a little over a year and enjoy watching. I am confused about one aspect of your makeup routine. why don't you wear/blend makeup onto your neck? I have a combination of pale and rosy, blotchy skin. If I do not wear makeup blended down to the neckline of my top, I have a definite line between the skin of my face and that of my neck. Am I an odd duck, or do others have this problem? Thanks for sharing your routine!
I am seeing your video for the first time. First of all, you are already beautiful without any make up at all so it wouldn’t take much to make you absolutely gorgeous I like your hairstyle to thank you.
Simply great tips--very helpful for me because my eyes are big and round, blue like yours, and deep set, so your application might work for me and it's beautiful.
Nice tutorial - beautiful colors. You remind me of how naturally beautiful Madonna was in the early days, before cosmetic surgery and what she might've looked like without the surgeries (no shade on her). Thanks for your content.
❤ Thank you, for this video! Seeing someone put it on, helps me. I haven't been able to afford makeup, in awhile. But I hope to, in the near future. I used to wear it, when I was working. I like the manicure here too (not mentioned). I have a hard time getting the right lip color. I think I just have to experiment some more. What do you think of Bobbi Brown's gel? But the steps you take seem to work. A gel might be irritating to my dry skin. Nice to see Oscar too looking fit as a fiddle. I hadn't seen your videos in awhile, so thought I would check-in. 🙋 Thanks, for it. 🎑
I just found your content It was a breast of fresh air. Does the luminous silk stay on all day? I tried it many years ago and I just didn’t have that good of luck with it staying on, but I’m going to give it another try. I ordered the Laura Geller. I hope it is as good as you say & when I went to the site, it said it was a best of beauty so it must be good. Thank you for the recommendation. Can’t wait to try it.

Thank you, Beth, for showing how to do makeup in a clear, simple way. One question: why don't you put mascara on your lower lashes? Is it due to principle or preference. You're gorgeous!
I go in and out of makeup practices. Sometimes, I swipe my bottom lashes and other times not. No rhyme or reason.
Beth: I LUV your style and beauty and intelligence! TY for all your great videos!
You are so welcome!

Love this easy routine! I’ve not considered the charcoal grey colors for my eyebrows to better match my hair. Thank you Beth!
Glad it was helpful!
I’ve also tried taupe and was shocked how well it blends without looking harsh.
Love that Armani foundation, it always looks great. I’ve been going back the UD lash primer for years too, live in fear that they might d/c it. And the Pillow Talk liner…another great one.
Let's get ready.......sometimes I like wearing just a little of makeup but there are times I like to go all out, So fire!!!! You look fabulous!!!!
Thank you for the lovely compliment!
Lovely! Your eyes are warm and that radiates! And the nail colour is sassy!
Thank you so much 😀

Hi Beth! I always start with sunblock over moisturizer. Don’t you use it? How long does your make up last?
That is a step in my skincare routine. And an important step at that.
So, fabulous!! No setting powder at all/ I don't have your skin tone so concealer is a must. Have yet to find my holy grail. Love your hair cut too!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Wonderful fresh look! I love the Armani foundation but my favorite is Charlotte Tilbury and their setting spray is absolutely the best. Thank you for your content.

My first time watching. Your makeup turned out perfectly. Not too much, esp blush. I will subscribe and keep watching.😊
Welcome to the channel! I'm happy you liked it!
Beth, can you offer ideas about how to remove makeup? I find that the new foundations are so transfer proof that they are difficult to remove. Thanks.
Great idea!

Beth, I love the fresh and easy approach to your makeup look. Your skin looks so beautiful; do you have a video on your skincare routine AM and PM?
I have several skincare videos that you can search for, but I will put together one for 2024. Thanks for stopping by!
Love the great makeup look and practical application! This is the way I do makeup too less the eyeliner. Love and Kindness, Teresa
Love that!
Loved the eye liner suggestion - don't like to wear mascara every day but when I do - the smudgable eyeliner trick was great.
Loved it! Thank you for sharing these tips with us . I loved that you didn't take a long time to do your make up routine and still looked so beautiful!

Lovely, what is your routine to take it off, especially the mascara?
I use baby oil

Beth I am turning 70 in a few days. My skin is so fair with pink undertones. I think I’ll try this brand.
Great colors on you! I like products from various lines: Clinique, Jones, Road, ELF, and Mary Kay.

Need to watch this video again! enjoyed it so much & your finished result was beautiful, thank you for sharing 💐
Thanks so much 😊
Love your professionalism 🎉
What a lovely compliment! Thank you!
Nice video! Do you ever have a problem with lipstick bleeding into fine lines?
I do. But if you add powder as your last step (which happens sometimes) there isn't any bleeding.
I admire your gorgeous blue eyes! I enjoyed this video and am inspired to try some new products thanks!
You are so welcome!
Makeup looks beautiful!!
Great get ready with me .. I enjoyed it and love seeing what you are using. 😊
Glad it was helpful. Thanks for stopping by!
Do I need anything like powder or spray to lock up the make up after all?
Thank you Beth I'm 66 and need to find a foundation for my mature skin. Ther was a time I would never leave the house without make up. I rarely wear it anymore. I will give this a try.
You look beautiful, even before makeup
It looks natural and minimalist
Thanks so much!
I love your hair color with the bright red nails. You look beautiful!❤
Very good look! In my profession people do not wear all that much makeup but I have fun with it anyway! I liked the eyelash technique and the lip liner tip. I just have never found a lip liner that does not dry out though so I’ve never tried it more than once with each time I buy a new one!
Thanks for sharing!!
This was a great tutorial! You are an amazing looking woman.
I just don't think it's necessary to bring my makeup down onto my neck. Sure, I have wrinkles, etc... on my neck but I just let it be.
I am seeing your video for the first time. First of all, you are already beautiful without any make up at all so it wouldn’t take much to make you absolutely gorgeous I like your hairstyle to thank you.
Do yo u have a haircare video? Your hair is so healthy looking and thick!
I do have several videos where I talk about haircare.
I love the light approach. Thanks
You're welcome!
Great video, Beth! Beautiful colors!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by!
Simply great tips--very helpful for me because my eyes are big and round, blue like yours, and deep set, so your application might work for me and it's beautiful.
Great video. Lovely makeup and you look beautiful!!
Great job! You look beautiful 😊

Nice tutorial - beautiful colors. You remind me of how naturally beautiful Madonna was in the early days, before cosmetic surgery and what she might've looked like without the surgeries (no shade on her). Thanks for your content.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Please let me know exactly what every brush you are using is. Ty.
Im 85 and I love this. Im going to ck out the grey eyebrow oencil and gel.

You are so welcome!
I really love your presentation.🙏 May I ask you which colours would you advice for grey-green eyes pls?? thx. 😘
Thanks, for it. 🎑
I like that you aren't using tons of face layers that would feel too heavy for me. Your routine is efficient and the results are lovely and natural,
your skin is gorgeous before makeup Beth...thanks for the simple tutorial!
You are so welcome!

Welcome! I think adding the primer helps any foundation stay on longer. Let me know what you think about the Laura Geller primer. I love it!
