and its really buggy and I dont think private servers with friends really counts as full "online"
Luke F which one are you referring to? Because not the one I saw last. No bugs really, and you could use mods other didn't have, and you could actually see what others were wearing, and go on quests and such so you must be referring to the first attempted mod.
But skyrim online wouldn't work, just like fallout online would never work. The storyline doesn't support it, nor does the system in place.
I know it is pretty stable but what I mean is it is nowhere near the quality of an actual game. (still really cool though and I would recommend it if you have a friend or two who are willing to do it with you)

Game is great, people mainly hate on it because it's not "SKYRIM ONLINE" take different approach towards it and you're going to have fun. I've been one of these hating asshats w/o actually giving any valid arguments. I went back to it after Morrowind trailer and I'm really having good time, rolled Khajiit thief style character and man I'm having a fucking blast. Ton of new players around since of late so I don't know where does that idea "game is dead" come from. I guess people like to pull comments out of their ass it's probably where most arguments about games come from.

Wasn't sure about this due to it being mmo. But I've got to say, SO worth playing. The elder scrolls lore runs deep. Coming from Skyrim and traveling 500 years into the past and seeing riften was a real treat. Cyrodil is another blast from the oblivion days.
The way ZoS and Bethesda have worked this is truly magnificent. The "One Tamriel" update did them massive favours in regards to catering to different play styles. You can solo this game and choose to dip your toes in PvP or group PvE. Or just go all out. The learning curve is quite steep, but the community is one of the friendliest I have ever experienced. ( give or take the ever occasional troll)
We seriously need Elder Scrolls MOVIES!! they could make them like this or in the same vain as LOTR or GoT. Done right and done well I think it would be a great boost to the community and genre for us nerdy types :)

What I learnt from these cinematics:
Daggerfall Covenant are stealthy assholes
Ebonhart pact takes pride in their kills and humiliation of the opponent
Aldmeri Dominion seems to care even for their enemies.
The fact that I am Daggerfall Covenant main and an Ebonhart Pact second is problematic now.
makes me miss the first dominion whenever i play later ES games now. the current dominion on the fourth era are such assholes dude
To be fair I have no clue what any of that meant lol. I am not that home in the lore of the elder scrolls. Its something I want to get into but currently all ES games are just seperate installments to me lol

the first dominion i'm talking about is?? the aldmeri dominion (the faction you can join in ESO if you're a high elf/khajiit/wood elf) which goal's was to basically bring these three races together, and teach men certain more "refined" aspects of elven culture without necessarily harming anyone in the process
the current dominion, the third one is a bunch of xenophobic inbred assholes who want nothing more than elven supremacy lol
A bit late but isn't that more of the Thalmor being xenophobic, correct me if I'm wrong but from what I've seen they're in control of the fourth Aldmeri Dominion, so wouldn't that explain their racism?
@@ArgonRUclips AFAIK, nope. Most of the third Dominion is like that too. Most Altmer, Bosmer and Khajit have been brainwashed by the Thalmor. Think of the Thalmor as the government and the Third Aldmeri Dominion their army.

I think it's just made to look good, they are representing the 3 classical architypes of the Magician, Warrior and Rogue and one from each faction.
They actually are part of the lore. Forgot their names though

If you buy their armors on ESO the armor descriptions call them "Nameless heros" the Nord amror description says "This costume pays tribute to a legendary Nord Hero Of the ebonheart pact. Now you can honor this namless warrior by adopting his savage appearance"

They can really make a badass movie out of this, hell, they already have 30 minutes made, though a game with this large a story would need to be two or three movies, but they could do it, and it would be a great movie series in the box offices. Hell, someone could possibly make a fan movie using these and adding some custom scenes, like YongYea did when he made a Skyrim Fan Movie

If only ES Games was as good as these Cinematic Trailers. These were awesome to watch.
But what really cheeses me off, is I play Skyrim a lot more than i do Oblivion these days but in Oblivion, i could hold a sword an shield and still cast a spell, or even a 2H sword or a Bow, but in skyrim....impossible! ....except maybe through mods.
In Oblivion i could hold or use a 2H sword and cast a spell and while i use this sword in particular in 1st person, i could do so without the screen shifting left and right like you were fighting in an earthquake. Its total crap to use a 2H sword in 1st person like this, you would think the sword weighed as much as a steel girder the way the screen shakes as much. In Oblivion you had nothing like that and it a was great weapon type to use, and like i said you could cast a spell too, without having to put the damn weapon away.....
....maybe in ES6 ay! ....Lets hope....

Morrowind is the game that got me on the long dark road of the elder scrolls. I just can't being my self to start an MMO again... Even if the games are good (and most are) the player base put me off.... They tend to be disgruntled WoW players constantly telling every one how much Warcraft sucked balls or high level play to win guys who've spent too much coin on power/levelling and/or gold farming. I miss the good olds day when you could actually role play on open world servers...
I love how that nord fights compared to the High elf and that Breton.
Once I get ESO on Xbox 1 I will play a BADASS character whose family was murdered by molag bal and whose sister was kidnapped by the daedra. She has been blessed by the nine divines and will not rest until everyone and everything responsible for breaking her life is dead and her sister is by her side once again. Her name? Aaeven siver-fox.
Now if that money was spent on a movie with great action and good plot both interesting for long time fans and newcomers alike... Bethesda might not have to exploit its playerbase with an mmo moneysink or getting (badly thought out) paid mods forced through, thats what they would do right? I mean they get to the cloud district often enough. Oh what am i saying? of course they don't.
