I do the bring Sally push-up challenge five days a week, I am 60 years old and I do it on my knuckles. You can see the video on my RUclips channel. If I can do it you can do it. The greatest battle is to become mentally tough to get past your pain.
1st day today. 1:22 is my current limit xd 😅 Edit: 2nd month (without training frequently/much) and my limit is, with the last 15 second or so being a pretty struggle form, 1:50 *1 year later: I quit, but now I'm back. Currently struggling to pass the 2:32 (or so) mark 😂 (with push ups; squats, around 1:54)
I just go on my knees as soon as i cant do it anymore.

Agreed. Having completed it and do it daily, it’s mostly a mental battle.

@haydendavis3336 if you're that big, you probably have stronger legs than arms... try it with squats and let me know! :D

When I was in school before I got off for summer break we did this song, but for squats.
I am doing this challenge wirh leg up while lying down and afterwards squats. Today was number 1!!
