  • We love herbal broths because they are nourishing, delicious, and they support our gut. You can pack so much nutrition into the broth with herbs, spices, mushrooms, and vegetables. Save and freeze your vegetable scraps though the month and you’ll already be well on your way to making a healthy, supportive sipping beverage, a flavorful main ingredient for soups, stews, or sauces, and a way to enhance the taste of grains like rice, quinoa, or couscous. You can even add herbal broth to savory stir-fry dishes. And best of all, you can make broth ahead and freeze it in ice cube trays for easy use when you’re short on time or feeling under the weather. It doesn't take long to set yourself up for future wellness with this tried-and-true method!

I've been making my son's noodles using my herbal chicken bone broth. I really need to get some nettle for my next batch.

Looks great! Love this broth is plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the lead and pesticides in meat/bone based broths. Thanks so much for sharing

Hi there! We found this copper and brass pot at a local antique store and unfortunately it does not have any identifying logo on it. Sorry about that! We were definitely delighted when we found it in the shop. We hope that you find the copper pot of your dreams! ❤
