I suppose this is a dream for many. Especially for someone who entertains and lives a certain kind of lifestyle. Love the pool. But all that money…I prefer a quiet spot of forest, lots of privacy, a warm fire, natural building materials, a space I can easily clean & maintain myself, and easy access to a natural swim. I guess I’d have a lot of cash left over.
Definitely see where you're coming from. Growing up a city boy, was always attracted to natural places like forests and streams too :))

Is it normal in the region to have two houses directly facing each other so you have absolutely no privacy...full view into each others' homes, pool, on several levels?! Even the balconies right over each others yards and home windows!
Really nice home, that privacy issue just surprised me.
because land is scarce in Singapore..unless you are wealthy to buy a big plot of land and make sure no one else home gets near you.
@@SwordSaint83 even in other areas with scarce land & close neighbors, the design is usually planned so the windows & outdoor areas don't look into each other. With sentosa in general, it looks like the houses were individually developed simultaneously, so architects had no idea what the neighbors & sight-lines would look like.

My only comments are ...Master bedroom does not have a walk in wardrobe...it's a shame..also roof top not done up which is fine but you guys need to let us see it ...not 1 sec peek but literally let us soak in and visualise what could be. Apart from that what an opulent home...oozes luxury from the get go...presenter was calm and informative very viewer friendly.
