This is one crazy skit! Two standout moments is James actually trying to visualize Heidi's description of the swaying breasts and the difficulty of concealing his laughter. I really enjoyed James as a host this weekend. I hope they have him back.

@@pedrogabrielmoreira8421 Gumbo is a famous food in New Orleans, it's pronounced (gum-boh). He says jumbo then mixes it later with another famous New Orleans food jambalaya (jum-bah-ly-ya). So not only does he mispronounce gumbo on purpose, the gumbo-laya joke is a good secondary one.

I live in New Orleans. This is great. We don’t say Nawlins. We pronounce it New Orlins. We do laugh when people overemphasize the Southern accent in movies and tv.
I'm from Crowley, near the Lafayette region, and my folks laugh when people pronounce it that way too lol.
I am basically Kenan's character in real life. Being from Louisiana means fielding a lot of strange questions and ideas.
Same with being from Texas.
I literally still get asked if we ride horses to work!!!!
Yes!! Its annoying when someone asks that or they ask for the reason you don't have an accent. No we don't ride horses and not all Texans have an accent.
Same. I just love it when dudes from New Jersey or Philadelphia explain to me all about how I'm pronouncing the name of my hometown incorrectly. Even when I've made it clear that I'm from NOLA, I still get lectured on my "improper" pronunciation, and it's nearly always by someone from the Northeast or California. I also love it when people insist I'm not really from NOLA because I don't have a southern accent. It ain't my fault my people sound like really stoned yet friendly New Yorkers, nor is it my fault that Hollywood never bothers to depict our real accents in films.
I've been asked if I have alligators near my home. Apparently, people from other states think we all live in the swamp. Lol
@@jmtigerfan4765 to be fair, there were definitely alligators in the canal next to the pool where I used to swim in the summer. A couple of kids used to occasionally capture baby alligators from that canal and put them in the pool as a prank too.
