I'm Nigerian and it's always sad to see these Nigerian guys staining the image of the country. They always blame everyone else for their plight but never look at themselves. Keep up the good job, Coffeezilla
I'm from Nigeria... the stories you're hearing from these guys are excuses. They're simplifying problems to justify their actions. First of all, from the quality of written English these guy are either upper middle class or went to some really good schools - which is usually reserved for wealthier Nigerians in the south or those of us that happened to find a way to study abroad. They use western slang casually like "Dude." No broken English like most Nigerians use amongst themselves. These guys are wealthy and have been wealthy for a long time. Second, the Nigerian government is corrupt. But the government also has little legitimacy. No one looks at our politicians with an eye to be like them. The average Nigerian, in Nigeria, is poor - but most keep their integrity and "hustle" - meaning they continue to work with hope things get better. Only scammers seeking to justify their actions will stretch so thin as to use our government as an excuse. We do not regard our government in that light. The "psychology" they use here is simply a justification mechanism they can use only with foreigners. Nigerians will call BS on their reasoning.
I think it would be understandable if they just scammed enough to give themselves and their families a good life, having no job prospects, but like scammers and crooks worldwide they want to be rich and powerful. Last year I read the novel 'I do not come to you by chance' by Adaobi Tricia Nwaubani. It is fiction and the scams have changed since it was published, but it gives a really interesting insight into scam artists in Nigeria. It is somewhat comedic, but also tragic.
If these people have grown up in a corrupt system, they will justify their actions as being no worse than any other successful person. Even if they haven't, they'll often excuse what they do by claiming just that. Like a thief that gets caught red handed complaining to the police that they should go after the real crooks who make millions instead of focusing on him. That way they see themselves as being at the very least no worse than most other people, and better than the most successful in society, because they haven't screwed over enough people to make millions.

Nigerian Canadian here, lived in Nigeria till college. Those guys are almost certainly upper middle class. Their grammar skills mean they had at least good secondary education. This may have been through a public school (there are many top class public schools which are difficult to get into) but is more likely through private education. Whatever justification they give is after the fact. Sadly, Nigeria is extremely materialistic and new people are becoming scammers at an alarming pace. there is nothing more legit than an instagram account claiming to beat the market by multiples of what long term star investors make. these investors are completly blinded by their greed. I was at an One Coin presentation (same scam but way bigger), the greedy ones invested, I googled 5 minutes.
Exactly. I also don't understand why everybody who would hear shit like that shouted out by a maniac on the street would just go on with their life and not even look at those people, but as soon as they post BS on Instagram all the idiots are like "Hey, he has pictures with a Lambo, chicks and a villa, looks real to me. And making 1.000% a months trading FX sounds also realistic, because i never went to school and don't know how to calculate compound interest for 12 months". And the craziest part about it, they take the offer, believing all this crap, not even spending 5 minutes like you to google stuff and then they complain about those people. Like, honestly, if you get scammed by a Banker, who is telling you you can make 10% every year with no risk, that's a deal to talk about for me, but if you are following some absolutely random dudes on instagram and then throwing your cash at them, i'm really sorry for you, but YOU are the Idiot in that situation. People should at least use their common sense, just google 5-10 minutes like Nikola did and then make a decission. @@JohannSiemens85 exactly, it's greed from both sides. On the 'trader' for continuing the scam even after escaping poverty and the client for thinking they can get something for nothing.
@Carl Olov Andreasson I think you're 1000% right in everything you said. People are told that getting rich quick is possible, or shown that in some way, all the time in society. And now with social media is so easy to pretend to have a better life than you do, so almost all of us think we should be having better lives than we have when in reality, we're all living pretty okay lives if we have a roof over our heads, food, and the internet. Maybe it's a struggle some times but EVERYONE struggles sometimes..I think that's why we have so many mental health issues too. Too much focused on how we think things "should" be, too much time thinking about and comparing ourselves to others, too much time watching the news and seeing terrible things happen. We would be much happier if everything stayed the same except we didn't have social media or 24/7 news. Focus on our own lives, stop looking everywhere else and just focus on living our best life, we would be infinitely happier overall. We don't need more money to be happy we need to pay less attention to everything going on around us, that's all

I'm happy you asked for us to comment. I was contemplating on whether my 0.5 cents matter and just not comment. This was next level. I don't think anyone has ever revealed the sophistication and the actual plan that goes into scamming traders. I myself lost approximately $80000 over the course of 2 years in trading.
The thing I cannot believe Instagram does is push those ads that are clearly a scam and or not what you’re really paying for when it comes to products. Every time I watch someone’s story the next ad is something that is clearly fake like moving wallpapers for iPhone. It’s so bad.
How is Instagram and RUclips not an accessory to these crimes? They know and see everything on their platform. I don't understand how they aren't charged when they can see all of this but not anything. They literally built the damn platform for scamming!
Right I've had a few similar accounts request to follow my personal profile so good to know that scammers not the annoying husslers I'd assumed they were
I don't know which is worse, these guys with downright no morals who laugh about their victims, or the guys who scam people but trick themselves into thinking they're doing something good or somehow adding value to their "customer's" lives (MLM schemes, fake courses, fake gurus, etc).
How do people think of investing on Instagram is beyond me (especially stocks). You hit the nail on the head when you said that Facebook and IG doesn’t hold them accountable.
Desperate people. This is the irony of the scammers thinking they really arent hurting anyone. Nobody who is financially secure is investing money with random instagrammers promising ludicrous returns. Even the people investing "thousands". They are taking out loans, liquidating assets, emptying their savings account on the promise of a guaranteed win. The sad thing is, I am pretty sure there are people that have taken their own life, because it was ruined after being scammed.
The ad before video was about a french guy saying that something special Will happen on october 8th. A french guru in the making, but as long as he's paying for the Coffee i am OK. 🤣🤣🤣
Anyone else wondering how this conversation could have been leaked in the first place?? Must be from one of them, right? But why do it? Why expose how everything works?
I'm all for doxing scammers and con artists. I'd normally be against doxing against anyone remotely decent but these scumbags deserve it, let their victims know their details and location and let them get whatever is coming to them.
I always figured there was something off about all these "get rich" type of social media accounts and why they seemed to crop up in abundance. Of course people are going to (very well likely) get away with ripping susceptible people off when there's little to no legal consequences for this shit!
The only thing coffee can do is bring awareness and educate. Hopefully preventing people from falling for scams. I highly doubt anything he does will actually get any scammer in legal trouble or stop a scammer from scamming. i.e. I can almost guarantee you, these two dudes are now running the same scam on different accounts.

This was next level. I don't think anyone has ever revealed the sophistication and the actual plan that goes into scamming traders.
I myself lost approximately $80000 over the course of 2 years in trading.
That sucks . What are you trading, Crypto or stocks? You should probably just buy normal shares in companies using a real trading app.
Be safe...
Love the background, really brings the vid together hh
Was that a green screen? It looks cool
Leaked DMs👀👀
This is actually the saddest episode I've watched...
Like literally many other episodes seem humorous... But I could just 'feel' this
Thanks for your content, you protecting a lot of people from these scammers
Imagine if you had spent all this time trying to scam people was spent on learning to actually trade... lmao.
This stocks college guy apparently had a signals group and wanted 3k for it like bruh
Year or 2 gone by now and I’m profitable myself now making 6-10% a month I don’t teach it tho
Maybe in the future
@@kylewonglee7724 10% a month for forex is normal...
@@Krasses hahahahah ye ok , lemme know in 6 months if u can keep doing that , bet u can’t sorry 👎ur trading the wrong way I know it for a fact
I like the 60's detective esque thing u got goin on
The thing I cannot believe Instagram does is push those ads that are clearly a scam and or not what you’re really paying for when it comes to products.
The only scam I see is the guy who sold you those custom blinds...
On the green screen? LOL
Now that I'm watching this content about scammers, I'm now seeing more scam adverts
Right I've had a few similar accounts request to follow my personal profile so good to know that scammers not the annoying husslers I'd assumed they were
Probably the best backdrop/setup yet
Tim My mother was a victim of fake online universities, this really has to stop.
Damn this from the $10 studio days
I invested 10 seconds into trying to understand this, and was not disappointed. 100% ROI.
nice
New lighting and new background...looking great coffeezilla!
Dude where have u been? I was searching this comment lol
Could be someone hacked their phones or they had a fallout and before one of them ditched he wanted to expose the other
@@TheCabbageMan well based on the screenshots, whatever happened, must have happened on the phone of "stockscollege".
Scamming seems so complicated. A lot more complicated than my profitable business that will never send me to prison.
When i was in sales we used to say that "bro" is short for "broke"
I'm all for doxing scammers and con artists. I'd normally be against doxing against anyone remotely decent but these scumbags deserve it, let their victims know their details and location and let them get whatever is coming to them.
I always figured there was something off about all these "get rich" type of social media accounts and why they seemed to crop up in abundance.
Of course people are going to (very well likely) get away with ripping susceptible people off when there's little to no legal consequences for this shit!
Glad I turned on those alerts. When ever you post I am allowed to watch and get away from my girlfriend. Thank you.
Lgnd.
Coffeezilla cleaning up the net one scam at a time. You are doing the lords work never stop bro.
Gotta love RUclips's sense of humor... Putting ads for Fake Gurus on a Coffeezilla video 🤣
So if they pay out the smaller investors, you could hypothetically risk the $50-$100 and scam the scammers
Man I like this channel host is great no super loud annoying music or over the top crappy editing
Oh boy, I am loving this content zilla.
You, good sir, have earned yourself your own playlist on my RUclips aptly named "Coffeezilla Shiznit"
Great episode coffee, I always get bombarded by these scammers, love to track down their location and make life threats to them :D
