This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Coffeezilla is basically out here holding these scammers accountable more than our own justice system.
I would say the fault is more on the government than the justice system. Police can't investigate/arrest guys unless what they commit is actually a crime. Judges, lawyers, and courts have to work within the confines of legislation and the regulatory powers at be. The regulators on this stuff shouldn't be 80-year-olds who don't know what they're talking about, who keep letting this stuff slide without making it a crime. I will say though one major flaw with our justice system that has always existed is the fact that these crypto guys can hire teams of highly skilled lawyers with infinite funds
@@nathangaspacio6128i mean same goes with big companies they can just hire good lawyers that put the positivity on court on their side meanwhile all over social media so many people researched and even showed evidence say otherwise and yet the big companies still manage to win the case due to "technical terms" aka. Seeing that evil scammer with his s*** all busted crying into the camera just made my morning. IDC who did it or why, just feels good to finally see a little justice brought to these snakes that pray on unsuspecting victims.. I just wish they got the money back before they let him go....
When the government doesn't punish these people it leads to these cases of vigilantism. Can easily be avoided if the police/court were doing their jobs. The fact that the scammer still hasn't been charged is kind of evident of this.
Welcome to Canada, I’ve noticed a trend of abhorrent incompetence with Canada’s financial legal system.

The message here is: increase legal implications so the scammer doesn't become a victim.
I concur! Legalize beatings!
Should bring lashings back
The logistically difficult part is, from at least a US government perspective, its really difficult to bring legal proceedings with meaningful outcomes against high net worth individuals. This is how Trump, Musk, etc. are sued all the time by different legal entities and it seems like they never get in trouble.
They can spend millions upon millinos on legal fees, draw something out, and the government/municipality cannot or rather will not, do that with taxpayer money unless they know they can get a financial result back.... usually. There are exceptions. Basically, they only go after sure things.
No, the message here is "you can scam people, the legal system will protect you"

More scammers need this type of treatment. The law isn't protecting people or going after the scammers so something needs to be done.
Why is everyone in the comments acting like Batman villains
@@davisvoelzke8011 And I always thought batman brings justice to those criminals who are not punished by the law.
"More scammers need this type of treatment". That's the whole Indian population.
@@housemousemain He's not defending scammers he just doesn't endorse literal torture. Big difference.
@@itsLantiklol I think they know this but pretending otherwise.
Yup ... People should take seriously on what they say up on the internet behind the screen, disrespecting someone is a common thing now, and they think there's no consequence ... This video is a reminder of that
new viewer👍 actualy a very good video! and by the way the final part was clean as hell
honestly so frustrating the gov doesn't do anything about the hundreds of scammers out there. usually i don't care when already rich ppl get scammed but this is out of control
And they won't do anything until the politicians themselves start getting scammed. That's how it works 🤷🏼♂️
At least he's still alive. He got what he deserved. When the legal can't touch him and he keep taunting his victim, someone will reached their limit.
In my opinion he shouldn't be. Because he's still posting shit on instagram. He didn't learn nothing.
I hope he has ptsd from it and live in fear.
He didn’t get what he deserved, he got off lightly. Next time he gets kidnapped they should feed him to crocs.
this is a local story to me so it was nice to see your grace comment on it coffee..much more refreshing then local anchors who don't know where tf to begin....the reason why he hasnt been charged also is possibly bc the local police don't know how to handle something like this either
You wouldn’t be so forgiving if you’re homeless and out of a job because of that guy…………
That kid is lucky that he left with his life. Imagine a broken man; no money, no home, no hope with nothing left to lose. I would hope that he has a change of heart, but we know that won't happen.
These days, "wiping your phone" will not prevent authorities from finding what they want to find on your phone.
one more example of...
"the more you f*ck around, the more you find out"
The thing is if you scam someone out of all their savings... then they got nothing to lose and jail time is not gonna be a deterrent. "May as well get crappy free meals on a cell than starve on the streets" kinda deal. It's twisted and sad but I bet out of the thousands of victims some are gonna see it that way
Unfortunately true :(
Yup. People don’t understand the kind of desperation that can posses a person in order to make them commit high level crimes like these. It’s like the saying goes, never mess with a man who’s got nothing to lose.
Btw, I’m not excusing the kidnapping, that’s never okay or the right answer. Just pointing out how this phenomenon is nothing new.
exactly
But was that the case here? From the sounds of it, Haywood probably wasn't broke. He was some form of financial inspector involved with auditing the scammer's assets. He had a job, which he resigned...and then extorted not just the scammer, but the guys handling the scammer's financials. That's a very different story.
Yeah, I'm down with this vigilantism. The justice system is so broke there is no justice.
Agreed.
I’m with Batmab
Batman lol
That's cool and all until you are the victim of mistaken identity by some whacko vigilante. Too many innocent people would be hurt in the crossfire.
😆 Great show but particularly enjoyed the end section 🤣
Please make a video on Cash Papi or Aymen Dubai...love ya content mate! Keeping us Aware and Alert :D
So weird, people were angry that someone stole tons of money from them. Hopefully the kid gets tons of jail time.
the kidnappers willl thats proven crime, that how it works. this might help his case honestly. he can blame them say they did stuff look at the type of people around me etc etc
@justin yeaaa, it won't work out the way your thinking at all.
All the people that threaten you are all bark and no bite😂
Until the rare smart canine has bark, bite and brains too. He can carry out the threats he put out, and give the fear others would normally try to dismiss or laugh off. This one had rage, and let it out on the "victim" that got no pity.
Clearly someone bit here.
@@theodorehsu5023someone like that isn't gonna show up on this channel. Those people stay hidden
Coffeezilla you have to make a video about The Timepiece Gentleman Anthony Farrer.
Coffee is the GOAT at exposing clowns.
I’m more surprised this doesn’t happen WAYYY more often.
You know something is wrong when the scammer gets away and those who made justice were apprehended

That wasnt justice though. Im pretty sure if they got the 3 mil they wouldnt give it to the other victims. I still dont mind the result
Not gonna lie you might think scammer deserve it, me too. I just don't think we want to make this type of things happen, sure this time is a scammer but next time it might just a innocent people and the either side just got butt hurt. Normalise immoral doing get thing our of hand very easily
Hey Coffee! You did really well on that new disney plus series! I watched it, wasnt into it until i saw you on there, then i knew shit was serious 😂😂
If more people went all the way there would be way fewer scammers
Hell yeah coffee, get some.
