@danielposh because this society is galvanized by wickedness in high places. The Paul Brothers are both part of the program and have connections to elite circles, they are pawns and hold zero authority over their own lives. Perhaps they will parade about in ecstasy and depravity during their limited time on this earth but once they depart nothing good awaits them on the otherside.
@@danielposhRemember, to accumulate that level of wealth, you have to be willing to take it from others. No contribution to the world is worth 100s of millions in value generated, so they are stealing value from people who do generate it. You have to be some level of a sociopath to be ok with that. It's not that they are bad and get money, they get money because they are ok with being bad.

Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future.
Must take a certain... em... psychological mindset to trust your money to a guy from RUclips, that offers a thing called CryptoZoo. Knowing that amount of such people is so big, that Logan owes them almost $14mln, just horrifies me.
Just think about the petty crimes the majority of Siberian gulag inmates committed… then there’s Logan Paul running amok scott free. Makes me feel abit sick tbh.
The most GRIMEY part of this situation is that he can ABSOLUTELY afford to FULLY refund ALL of the people who chose to support & trust him with their life savings in some cases & he still REFUSES TO DO SO.
Right? In what world wouldn't you want to take every chance to redeem yourself + make all that legal stuff go away if it's completely affordable to you? I'm thinking that his lawyers maybe advised him on not refunding everything to keep him from inadvertently doing some kind of admission of guilt, opening him up to more damages.
It would be fun to find out that he is actually not that rich and he is in masive depth. That would explain a lot. He still could be just a selfish jerk but a secret depth or some other kind of trouble would make more sence to me.
It's almost like we need to make the social cost of scamming your audience worse, because right now it seems like you can do so openly with little to no consequence. I hope he gets sued and the judge decides to send a message.
They won’t “teach him a lesson” they’ll likely settle the case. The punishment is up to the jury to decide on damages and likely legal costs are going to become the defendants burden, and that’s if the case doesn’t settle. It’s likely Tom the Lawyer took the case up pro bono and will get a percentage of the pie when they win. That’s how my class action lawsuit played out.

Being a billionaire requires a certain mindset. There comes a point where even ethics and morals are an obstacle, and if you want to become a billionaire, hesitation to even drop them will prevent you from getting there.
Mate, they are billionaires because they steal from others, not because they give their money away..... do you even know how the real world works? There is only one billionaire that is not a criminal, and his name is Batman!

What sucks is the majority of WWE fans don’t care. As long as he gets booked well and can work in the ring, it doesn’t matter to them. Rey Mysterio should’ve never dropped the US championship.
The fact that this guy still has people that support him despite everything he has done to his fans, who he is as a person, the way he treats his brother, is mind blowing to me
Coffee, you should consider filing an amicus brief in whatever case you think is the most impactful. It can have a big influence on how a court views at a respondent's claims and, therefore, the outcome as a whole. You would have the opportunity to make your point that the characterization of Logan's claims are faulty (the plagiarism isn't really relevant, though) and provide color around the expectations of NFT purchasers and to the response of Logan's "apologies".
Only issue is this runs the risk of getting wrapped up in the lawsuits himself. Coffee making a video talking about the situation is one thing, sure it makes a difference but it won’t influence the situation *financially*. If he did attempt to get closer to the situation then that puts him in direct fire because there’s so much money on the line, and I’d imagine that Logan’s pockets can support a legal team much longer. That’s what tends to happen in these cases, one party knows they’re in the wrong and will ultimately lose but as long as they can drag the case out longer than the other party they’ll financially ruin them

If this gets turned over to the SEC he's going to be looking at a lot more than the $18M and probably being looking at jail time due to securities fraud. We all can only hope that is where this eventually ends up. Class-action lawsuit from those whom he scammed, immediately followed up by securities-fraud from the SEC. It would be the end of his public persona along with his WWE "career".
Why would the SEC care. This is basically another Quadriga where Canadian authorities did fuck all, or like any other number of crypto scams where authorities twiddled their thumbs and looked away.
Everytime Logan Paul hears or sees anything about you Coffee, he probably feels furious that someone like you is so public about the choices he made and how he has no intention of fixing them the right way. You're awesome bro!

@@BloodChampagneanyone who knew his character would know he's a degenerate, sleezy thief. He thinks he's above the law. Earn money first, dodge responsibility later. This isn't news.

@@JeddlesThousands of dollars lost by supporters is not comparable to the millions he has. He’s a con artist- nothing more. He can afford to pay disgruntled supporters DOUBLE!
I get the feeling that his assets are not liquid and the constantly fluctuating crypto market makes it difficult to nail down when selling one coin and a percentage of another will give him the enough to make good on his promise while also netting him a profit. It's also possible that he was involved with SBF and has nothing to burn which would explain why no refunds were ever given. The most likely answer though is an actual lawyer got his ear and explained to him that giving any refunds would be viewed as an admission of guilt which is why the refunds now come with the massive string attached that the lawsuit has to die in a fire. Coffee doesn't mention it but if we look at the agreement I wouldn't be surprised if there was some kind of language there suggesting that this is an all or nothing deal. Meaning If the lawsuit itself doesn't go away then no one gets a dime.
He must be sued to the fullest extent! How sad it is that the authorities are not acting to prevent such obvious scams of highly incompetent and manipulative individuals just taking a bath in the millions he stole😢
It’s possible that the feds are building a case on him. They spend years on big cases like this and they don’t pounce until their case is rock solid. That’s why they have a conviction rate over 90%. Logan Paul should be living in fear of the DOJ.
I think this crypto shit may have grown over the authorities heads. There's a new scam every other week and they can only investigate and prosecute so many people. They're just popping up faster than anyone could stomp them out. Like this was logans 3rd or 4th or something..

@danielposh because this society is galvanized by wickedness in high places. He's quite simply a psychopath.
